For what you pay per night, you would think that there would be soap so you could bathe shampoo maybe a little conditioner nope, you get nothing you have two queen beds three pillows there is a three pillow max per room make it make sense. Hope you don’t need to throw trash away in the garbage cans that they supply cause there’s no garbage bags if you’re planning on using the stove just know pots pans, silverware plates, dawn, dish, dishwashing, liquid, a sponge there’s not one dish in the whole room. If you want to borrow apart from them, they will give you one the size of a sauce pan for a $50 deposit and just to give you a heads up they fail to tell you that you can only use magnetic pots and pans on the two burner stove, or it will not turn on! The laundry smells like it’s been sitting in a moldy basement for a year. The two queen beds are actually futon bed mattresses is the only way I can describe it and mine was lopsided can’t get comfortable and you get this really thin kind of like a heating pad blanket as your comforter smelling like mildew and I sure hope you enjoy lots noise couples arguing, and fighting and cops being called because that is what you will get! No ice machine no breakfast cold coffee just don’t do itI’m going

Nothing. Had to ask for toilet paper, towels, soap. Rude staff every one. Cold coffee. Towels they gave were old and stained.

The hotel itself did not look bad. The kitchen and large refrigerator was a great amenity. The tv had all the streaming apps available to log into. The bathroom specifically is pretty nice looking, besides the fact that the bathroom door looked like it had been busted open before. The crowd was… scary. Literally had a nightmare while staying here. Large groups of men walking around. But typical for Tillmans corner. When you walk into the building it will feel as if you walked into hell. There is no AC on anywhere in the building. They keep the AC off until you get to your room so it will take all night for the room to cool down. I tried to get a refund immediately after realizing how hot my stay was going to be, but they would not refund the first night and gave me a fan instead. I appreciated the fan, but I would have appreciated my money back more so I could have taken my family to a better hotel.

Check in according to booking.com was 2. Got there early went into lobby to ask when check in was. She said 3. Sat in lobby. She asked me how long did I plan on sitting in lobby. This was after I gave her my id to confirm my reservation but I still didn’t have a room key. Isn’t that what the lobby was for? For the guests to sit in between check-ins or waiting for their pickup? She told me there was a $50 deposit. Booking said no further payment was required. Then changed it to add another $150. I told her I will just find another hotel because she just had a metal issue. Arrived early, showed is to confirm reservation. As soon as a sat down in a chair in lobby very rude Indian woman asked how long did I plan on sitting in there. This was around 12:30 check in was 2 according to booking. She said 3. Once again is the lobby not have paid guests??? I took my business elsewhere and received refund from booking.

This was a one night stop to a longer destination. It was cheap and had good reviews… we got there and the front desk was polite but not particularly friendly, especially the men who were present. Our room was filthy. The AC had been turned off, so it was hot, musty, and smelled like armpit. The sheets had obviously not been changed from the previous tenant judging by the abundance of hair clippings… I asked for clean sheets, which I changed myself. We lysoled everything and bought an odor eliminating candle. Someone down the hall was lighting up every two hours so that added to the plethora of aromas… Oh!! I went to get ice to fill up the ice bucket (no sanitary bag) and one of the men from the desk came running to see what I was doing. Multiple things were broken or in disrepair.. some as simple as burned out light bulbs and there was mildew and mold in many places in the ceiling and shower.

No .. no. And no. Rude. No shampoo no conditioner no body wash. Bed horrible. Hot. Barely came with a towel.

Location was just where I wanted to be Nothing

Rundown. Not clean. No amenities. Felt like I was in central Russia. ☹️

Our room was clean. The staff was great.Now there were guest who were very loud and very rude. The room was redone and was clean now the toilet was a little close to the vanity but other than that, it was great.

I had bugs all over my bed and was told I would have to leave if I wanted my money back I was 10 hrs away from home on a business trip I want my money back

They are pet friendly with a small deposit. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
