I got charged extra for something & no one responded back to my inquiry

Nothing was in order. Housekeeping came by with a grocery store shopping cart. We were afraid for our belongings so we had to put them in the car every day. Nothing worked on the property. For example, the phones were out, the pool was broken, the vending machines were empty, the washing machine and dryer were out of order overall, the hotel was shabby and disgusting.

The room had an odor, possibly from the carpet. Bed was a little hard and the shower curtain was dirty or stained.

This is the 2nd time I choose your place. I am very impressed. Everyone was nice. The only complaint I have is that both times the ice machine wasnt working.

This was horrible we had to go get bleach for the shower because it looked like someone took a shower before we got there the shower curtain was horrible mildew and dirty didn’t want to touch that curtain the beds was uncomfortable this wasn’t worth the amount we paid A complete makeover

The only convenience was the location, we traveled from out of state for a graduation and it was close to all we had to do. The room had visible mold, dirty sheets , no ice ion the property, our phone didn’t even work (thankfully we had our own phones for emergencies

Comfy bed Outdated, not clean, stale smell, not enough pillows

There seemed to be a small clean pool which I didn't get a chance to visit. Food close by and the staff seemed very nice. There was someones dirty soap w hair in it in the shower. The bathroom light was missing its cover exposing how old and was rusty. The actual carpet had recessed over an inch away from 3 of the 4 walls and there was a lot of debris in said gap.

Nothing It was not clean and to change my sheets due to room was nasty on arrival

Quite, no weed smell, beds was hard u felt the boards bath tub had hair in it

All linen needed a good cleaning. Tv cut all every hour. Heat ac unit very hard to adjust it was ancient.

Quiet not many guest The internet is not good at all, if you need internet service find another hotel. The lighting in the rooms are dark the side lamp blinks.

It had this weird moldy smell in the room and it was a handicap room that I didn’t ask for. When I got to the location the lady tried to charge me again!

The area A/c didn’t work water wasn’t hot

Bathroom light fixture non existent and room curtains were hanging poorly. No bathroom toiletries. There was a strange cup of blue substances in the shower area. Do have pictures if needed.
