The location was perfect for me and had a lot of restaurants right beside where I was staying so we had no issue of going to get something to eat and it was close by my family and Dauphin Island so where we spent the most of our time Well pretty much the same as I just said the location was real good had no issues with any finally any restaurants or it was close by my family close to go to Dauphin Island and everyone there was really nice and the people that was staying close to us were very nice is a good place I had no issue

I didn't like anything about the hotel it was a very poor choice of place to stay for me. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room had a very nasty smell to it. I survived it for the few hours I was there but I definitely won't be back to a quality inn period because that is a worse I have stayed. I would have felt better to just sleep in my car. I Hated everything

I got charged extra for something & no one responded back to my inquiry

Nothing was in order. Housekeeping came by with a grocery store shopping cart. We were afraid for our belongings so we had to put them in the car every day. Nothing worked on the property. For example, the phones were out, the pool was broken, the vending machines were empty, the washing machine and dryer were out of order overall, the hotel was shabby and disgusting.

The room had an odor, possibly from the carpet. Bed was a little hard and the shower curtain was dirty or stained.

The only convenience was the location, we traveled from out of state for a graduation and it was close to all we had to do. The room had visible mold, dirty sheets , no ice ion the property, our phone didn’t even work (thankfully we had our own phones for emergencies ?) and to add fuel to the fire ? , we had to practically beg for extra towels??‍?I really don’t leave reviews but I feel like everyone needs to know THEY DONT honor booking prices and they over charge! My first visit to Mobile, Alabama and I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. FYI whatever pictures or ANYTHING that you read for this property when booking is COMPLETELY FALSE

This was horrible we had to go get bleach for the shower because it looked like someone took a shower before we got there the shower curtain was horrible mildew and dirty didn’t want to touch that curtain the beds was uncomfortable this wasn’t worth the amount we paid A complete makeover

This is the 2nd time I choose your place. I am very impressed. Everyone was nice. The only complaint I have is that both times the ice machine wasnt working.

The rooms were nasty, they let people loiter badly and the staff is downright rude ass people!!! I wont ever go there again

Perfect for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price you can’t beat it. The area is a bit “ran down” but safe. Lots of high end shopping nearby on Hillcrest and surround area. Overall great stay and affordable.
