Awesome staff , only issue was we needed more towels and there wasn’t any available

The check in process was ok. We arrived to the room and immediately noticed where they attempted to spackle the walls and never sanded or painted. No big deal. We go to put our drinks in the fridge and find half drank liquor bottles in it. Then we look in the bathroom and it’s obvious something was thrown against the door and spilled down the door and wall. The blankets were stained. We were kind of shocked at how bad it was. The AC stopped working. I called the front desk regarding the AC and he told me I could talk to the manager in the morning. I advised him that not only was the room hot, but that it was disgusting. He told me to talk to the manager in the morning (in a very annoyed tone of voice.) I asked about a refund and told him we would not be staying in a room with no AC in August in South Alabama. He told me again the manager could assist in the morning. I told him we were going to leave and I’d come back in the morning for a refund. He hung up on me. My husband packed while I reached out to Expedia. Expedia was able to get us a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. Worst experience ever.

Worst hotel I have ever been in in my life. It was disgusting. It stunk the floors were slimy and it looked like nothing had ever been vacuumed ever. I walked in the room and probably walked back out and went to a different hotel

The second floor is infected!

The staff cursed a lot and looked homeless and mean.

Good price can’t expect 5 star resort for under $100. Good value

Had to go home to Mobile, Al for a funeral and made reservations checked in late on a Thursday night and room was extremely hot. Sheets on bed were nasty like they had not been washed, no pillowcase on pillows. Towels in bathroom were filthy with stains. Left room early Fri morning going to funeral come back in afternoon room feels like a furnace. Went to desk and had to request a new room. Moved to 2nd floor had air but guests smoking marijuana that was so strong made you sick. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left.

It was all right, I guess for the price

It was nasty. FULL of meth heads AND IT HAS BEDBUGS

The room smells horrible, the linens had stains , dirty , the TV did not work. The pillows super old , AC not working well . It was a nightmare!

I was looking at this property and never checked in and they charged me, because Expedia claimed the check in because I never finished with the reservation! And when they realized it they called them to try and get my money back!

Sheets had burn holes , cigarettes behind the bed.

Everything was dirty. Couldn't understand clerk. No vending machines working or empty. Elevators barely made it and inspection dates were in the past. I would shut it down

4-27-26 This room was reserved on Hotels.com because I’ve been to this location several years ago and it’s in a good location for my overnight work assignment. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was a strange chemical smell and it was very warm and stuffy from the lobby and down the hallway. The room itself was warm also because the A/C wasn’t on, it was off. I immediately turned it on and went to get some dinner because the vending machines were completely empty. After arriving from dinner, the room had barely cooled off but it was better than before but there was still a chemical smell. The bed was very hard and the pillows had a sour smell to them. Also, this is the first time I never seen a washcloth in any hotel bathroom or lavatory; just two bath towels. I don’t know what’s happening to this location but I don’t believe I’ll stay here again.
