Nothing Everything. I'm a single woman and the clerk put me into a room around a bunch of out of town workers. The room was disgusting. It smelled like mold and mildew. The ice bucket had black mold around the top of it as well as the floors, walls and shower curtain. Thank goodness I had extra blankets to put down on the beds. The only reason why I didn't leave is because I'm a heart patient and I was exhausted and wanted to sleep. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

PROS- make own waffle for breakfast. CONS- hardly anything offered for breakfast. The room 103 was GAWD AWFUL. When first opened the door it reeked of mold and mildew. Then the bathroom area was complete nastiness at its finest. Looked as if hadn't been cleaned in months. NEEDS complete makeover. Didn't feel comfortable to even take a shower. Only stayed out of necessity as thought it would match the level of the one we stayed at in another city due to our emergent last minute road trip. If get offered this room, DONT Accept it. Hopefully we don't develop anything in our lungs from breathing it in.

The room was filthy. There were no towels we had to go get some the floor was disgustingly dirty. It was supposed to be a no smoking room but reaked of smoke. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, smelled really good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly!
-
Staff was very nice. Nice rooms. Traffic in the area was constantly busy
-
The staff clerk was very nice and friendly I didn't like that when I left my room at 930am and came back at 11om my room wasn't clean

This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold in the corners of the shower. There’s mold on the piping underneath the sink. It’s literally everywhere. Stay literally anywhere else.

The clerk at check in was very informative and energetic. The hotel room floor was not very clean. Also, at breakfast we got there towards the end (like 8:30) and there was not waffle batter left, not much food at all, and no one was around to help us. So we went and got breakfast elsewhere.

Front desk Peter was SUPER RUDE. He started arguing with me when I requested towels. You have to bring your dirty towels in order to get clean towels from the front desk and when I did, he mentioned that I should’ve done this earlier during the day because now he is out of towels completely. So I was just supposed to go without. It was around 5pm. He also made a problem when I asked to make a reservation for the next night. He said I had to do it on my own after calling me a scammer and claiming I was too young to check in a room I was already checked into… I’m 30 so thank you. They don’t have a guest laundry, even though it stated on the website. The outside of the hotel looks a lot better than inside the room we were in. Because of the bad service, we decided to check into the hotel across the street. Baymont for the next week . And the rooms are 10 times better and updated. Stuff is super nice as well.

Holes in walls, cracks in sink, toilet ran nonstop, electrical outlet over sink/vanity didn’t work…they brought a new hair dryer that wouldn’t work because the outlet didn’t work. Asked for a new room and was told we would need to pay to upgrade. Never stay again at a super 8 or Wyndham property.

I explained that I had already provided my credit card online for that purpose, but the clerk continued to insist on a cash deposit and then requested my card again. This felt inconsistent and made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. While the bed was comfortable, there was visible dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. Breakfast was also below expectations. Subpar to say the least. I will sleep in my car before I use this hotel again! I will also send a message to Wyndham. At this point, they will let anyone use their name.

*Sink was cracked. *Shower curtain rod was attached to the wall by a thread. Water everywhere. *No wifi: The handwritten code of the key card did not provide access. *TV: The menu came up, but could not access channels. *Staff: Did not know what would be served for breakfast. "I don't work those hours and don't know what they serve." A well trained staff WOULD know or find out. *The clock had the wrong time. The cleaning staff did not reset it or turn the alarm feature off. So the alarm went off a 3:30 a.m., disturbing sleep. *Everything was very old and in poor condition. The offering does not live up to the Wyndham brand. Very disappointing stay.
