Nice quiet clean friendly staff good breakfast

Clean hotel. Staff was extremley polite and very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice pool and workout area. Breakfast was good. Breakfast host was very friendly and helpful

Out of all my life and years of traveling the front desk clerk Monica was the worst. I patiently waited my turn to approach the desk. After approximately 10 minutes while she attended to someone before me. As I approached I spoke and asked how was she. She looked at me then looked down. I then said did you not hear me speak I spoke. Her reply then was it depends on what I want. I was dumb founded. Not until she realized I had reservations then she straightened up. I reported her to management but I’m sure nothing will be done. Besides that. The room was dirty, the carpet had a bad smell, the tv channels didn’t work. A big roach was found over head on the ceiling the next morning. I do have a picture and video. The furniture was outdated. It was a terrible experience overall. Although the breakfast was minimal at the least. The server/breakfast attendant was very helpful with I tipped just for her efforts. But I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel at all.

Friendly staff. Not as clean as expected. Towels with holes in them. Bathroom with mold around showers and bubbles under tub floor. Breakfast was ok

While the staff was so extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were full of stains. Dust and rust.

Room had poorly working ac, bed was broken and unlevel, mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The staff, Shannon particularly, had great customer service. That was very important after working a 12 hour shift anthem driving four hours. What turned my stomach was when I showered, then lay in the bed exhausted, and saw a roach on the ceiling above me. Thank God for the guy in the other room who stood on top of the bed and killed it for me. I kept the lights on all night and took power naps. I understand this is an older hotel, but that’s unacceptable and not what I’m used to.

My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was exceptional.

Breakfast was very good. The coffee was not even warm . We had to microwave it. Also, no one was cleaning up after customers using the breakfast area. Room was clean and very cold at first. Parking was minimal, but I suppose the next parking lot was usable since the hotel was next to 2 other hotels.

The hideway bed mattress was dirty and rust stains were on the mattress. Also, the night stand lamp shade near the beds were extremely filthy.
