No water and unclean property, most if the appliances not working. Changed room since there was no water. Horrible for a wayndham hotel

Terrible hotel. No working tv, , no smoke detectors, dirty sheets and towels. People smoking Crack or something on the balcony next to our room. Customer service terrible!!

Nos dieron en el 3 piso no funcionaba el.elevador. En el cuarto no funcionaban las luces, el Refri y micro quebrados, Ningun artículo de limpieza ni toallas, Solo había 3 almohadas. Además de sentirse muy sucio. Olía demasiado a marihuana. Nada recomendable para familias

They boast a lot of amenities they don't have. Continental Breakfast is a few pastries, cereal, coffee, instant oatmeal packets and instant grits packets. There is no wi-fi. No iron -a broken irioning board. No ice machine on the property and a non working elevator.

Cops are there almost daily Just nasty

Room was so disgusting that we immediately turned around and walked out. There were dogs barking in other rooms, some rooms were open and parts laying all over. We booked online and it was nonrefundable, but we didnt care. Left as fast as we could. This property needs to be removed from the website.

Poor quality place, lots of homeless people outside

The room we got was nothing like the pictures. Ceiling was peeling in multiple places. Carpet didn’t even cover the entire floor. No knob on the shower faucet. Very poor experience

After a long journey, I was looking forward to getting some rest at the hotel, but I had to cancel my stay after seeing the disgusting bedsheets. The room was poorly maintained, the hygiene standards were unacceptable, and the carpet was dirty. I was also very concerned about the lack of safety, as someone was using a charcoal grill on a second-floor balcony, with very high flames. This seemed extremely dangerous and unsafe. I do not recommend this place due to its poor cleanliness and lack of safety.

Terrible experience. Front desk staff was nice but I was given 2 different rooms without AC or TV. I ended up having to find a new hotel.

There were capped off wires hanging out of the wall, the floors needed vacuumed, bathroom floor was sticky, the showerhead must have been clogged because it was just a little stream coming out.

My room missing a doorknob on bathroom door and the WiFi never works and there is always garbage everywhere

The property itself was very mismanaged.They also told me to look at the room because there was no TV.There was hardly a running air conditioner. So I did not even stay i ended up going to super 8

Pool closed to early it was not clean outside there was broken glass everywhere trash everywhere. Couldn't take the free breakfast back to room.

Room had a hole in the bathroom, room smelled as smoke. Offered with breakfast and at 8 am it was empty of food. Really bad

The staff was very good, but the property was dirty, full of dampness, and smelled strongly of tobacco.

It was cheap and did the job. The property was decent, but a lot of people seem to live there rather than visit. The staff wasn't helpful. At check-in, she didn't even tell me my room number until I asked, and the wifi will not work in your room. If you're only looking for a place to sleep.... this could do

The air conditioner was broken, literally in pieces. It finally started working about 9:30 at night and sounded like a truck was in the room. The top sheet on the bed by the window had two big stains on it. The television wouldn't work. Motel post signs all over that no refunds are allowed. In this case, the room should never been rented in the first place.

The rooms are spacious. The hotel is nice for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.
