The breakfast should be free for what it is and the best thing I can cay about this stay is that the water was very hot in the shower which is nice to have. I was disappointed with this Hampton Inn. I usually stay in this brand because of location to where and what I am going for. At check in I asked for a lower level room but was told that how I booked was based on my booking. However, there was a sticker on the check in desk that said whatever I needed to make my stay more comfortable would be taken care of. I was on the top floor, 3rd when I was asking for 1st Floor. The hotel was not nearly sold out. This was probably the most shabby room at a Hampton I have ever seen. The peep hole in the door was filled in with toilet tissue, the tub floor was worn and stained and the caulk surround was discolored and dark. The Air Conditioner was so loud neither of us barely had any sleep and finally the television shut itself off numerous times while we were watching it. The breakfast that was supposed to be ready at 6 am was not. I had to ask for a banana. Some men were waiting to eat to leave for work but after such a wait they left so as not to be late to work. My chances of giving this particular property a good rating are very slim

We arrived after midnight. When we went in the lobby Jo one was there. We tried to find the desk clerk after 10 minutes of staying there. 15 min later she comes out of kitchen and looked like she was sleeping. All the lights in the parking lot were out. It was pitch black in the parking lot. Pubic hair in bathrooom.

We were in room 207 and there is mold all over the bathroom. The ceiling, the walls, even coming through the wallpaper.
-
We had a roach greeting us in our room, other than that no problems.

This hotel was clean and safe which is all I needed

Everything and everybody

We stayed here both on our way to Texas and on our way home to Florida. The second stay was better than the first because the second bathroom seemed to be in better shape. Everything in it worked, but there was some mold stains on the bathtub calking and the toilet seemed to have a hard time flushing in the first room. But the room was sufficient for our needs and the sleep was quiet and felt safe. I also think it is the best choice for the area, so I’m sure it is where we will stay again when we travel back to Texas.

I booked a room with two queen size beds. On the way there I had car trouble and contacted the front desk, letting them know that I was still on my way, but I was gonna be delayed and to not let my room go. The room had been already paid for, but I wanted to let the front desk know that I was going to be arriving late. Upon arrival and checking in the room had a single king size bed. Not the two queen size beds that I had booked and paid for. I wanna ask you this. What is the point in me paying for a room if you’re going to simply give it away to someone who walks in and asks for a room. After this experience, I will not be using hotels.com again, you have many competitors maybe they would do the same thing maybe not but I do know that you all did not reserve a room that I had already paid for. I will no longer use the hotel chain either, over the years I’ve gotten poor service from two other hotel chains, and I will never use them again either so I had this hotel chain and you guys to the list of never use again.
