Location Rooms smelled. A clean non-odor filled room of the type/size that I reserved was not available. The staff wasn’t helpful

Additional the beads are not comfortable at all On the top of that they have poor customer service I called them to come check the toilet was not flashing but they never showed up

The room is spacious but the air conditioner is to small to cool my room. Has nice size refrigerator and the cook top which is a great plus and has nice cabinets for storage. The property is quite no one is disturbing you day are night. The house keeping does not meet my expectations at all. The office hours are the craziest I have ever seen for a hotel. I'm use to around the clock front desk help not 11-6 ? . The beds do not stay in place constantly having slide the bed back to the head board

-Cozy room set up, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette and bathroom -very sweet staff!! -elevator -ac/heater in room -the bathtub was not clean, we wiped it and the wipes were brown, same for the kitchen counter -no regular fresh towels or cleaning service -no kitchen utilities at all -neighborhood didn’t always feel safe More towels and at least a broom should be provided to be able to keep the room clean. At least cutlery and one pan and pot should be provided.

The repairs on the bathroom door were done cheaply. The next door neighbor played music load until midnight. The laundry was not open until 8 am

The Staff…. The neighbors above and aside me. Was very loud after hours and extremely loud around 4:00am???

the renovations were decent the area was sketchy

the rooms were renovated walls were paper thin
