Stay Express Inn & Suites - Mobile AL

Really cheap and nice for that price

Excellent nice front desk

There was an odor in the room

They were all booked after I made a reservation

Exceptional

The bath tub looked like it had shit stains

Great breakfast! Clean room spacious huge tv. AC was a little weak and refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should be. No coffeemaker in room. No comforter on bed only sheet and a lite blanket. I made my reservation weeks ahead of time and requested a first floor room and I even called them after I made the reservation to make sure they got the message. But when I arrived they said that the first floor was full. So I had to take a room on the second floor. This was my first time at this hotel and I will be going back next time. They gave me a good price through hotel.com.

Room was clean and a.c. worked well, customer service was nice. We smelled weed all over the whole property the whole stay...also, my 14 yr old son found a bag of weed on the floor in the breakfast room.

Just as advertised

Everything was good

The room was clean but the toilet wasn’t but overall it was a pleasant experience

Room had a few area the cleaning crew missed but overall comfortable.

There was nothing to like. The hotel was very unkept; unsafe. Did not stay the night, had to relocate to a more pleasant, safer hotel, Requested refund, but was denied by manager. Appearance of the property on the website is very misleading, A thorough renovation is definitely needed; not only of the building, but in the attitudes of the employees.

It was quiet, very clean There was nothing I didn’t like

Passable

We travel alot and put up with alot

Could not ask for a better staff pool was clean as was the roo. Great experience 👍

Disappointing
