The only thing I liked was the staff, they were super nice and helpful … I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel, Towels had stains on them I went and change 1 and got two other ones, one of them was worst than the one I change smt, the hallway smelled like wet rug, sleeping and had a insect (silver fish) crawled on me, I immediately went down to receptionist request a refund but was denied, the shower curtain was nasty looked like mildew, so I slept 1 night at the hotel, checked out the previous night I didn’t bother to sleep the last night, I paid for two…

To be honest nothing. I had to change rooms because the 1st room smelled like mildew, the linen was dirty, the chair had stains, and the bed skirt had an old stain. When we went to the 2nd room the linen was dirty and shower had mildew.

Ok Lots of people seemingly showing up at all hours. Police presence at one time.

The front desk staff was grate Booked for a week. Stayed 6 nights. When I asked for a refund for the last night Spence I was leaving a day early they said the owner said no refunds. The whole week I was there the room was never serviced. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. It would have been nice to have the last night refunded since I left early

The bed was the only thing in this hotel that wasn't bad. The cleaning staff needs an education on how to clean a hotel room. The first room they gave me was disgusting, bed was kinda just thrown together and the room smelt like urine. I complained and was given another room. Got into the room and the front panel of the hvac system was laying on the ground, there was a dirty rag on the ground in the bathroom and the furniture is falling apart. This hotel is in a serious need of upgrades and remodeling. Don't be fooled by the fresh paint on the building and lobby walls.

Perfect for if you are wanting something close by yet easy to access nearby eateries and interstate. Quiet and peaceful. Staff is outstanding and amazing. I had such a delightful time. Breakfast was equally as good.

The room was excellent and exactly what I needed for a few days just to get away. Quiet location. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast always delicious and fresh made. Along with having a wonderful breakfast attendant.

Dirty people lived there. Mold in rooms. Had two different rooms while here. Keep scrolling do not stay

Bad

Breakfast every morning was consistent and delicious, they also have a breakfast attendant to assist if needed. The front desk staff was polite, courteous and attentive. The place as a whole was clean as multiple members of staff clean and tidy as needed through out the day. The gift shop was lacking. But nothing I'd give a lesser rating for. They did a excellent job.

It was in a great location to everything. The hot tub was not in service.

The pool was nice besides the fact that someone came and said there was a condom inside of it. There was false lashes in my blankets, the hot tub was inoperable, coffee wasn't in the room, the bed was a firm spring mattress very very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep because of it.

We enjoyed our stay . All staff.did a great job . The lady working complementary breakfast did an awesome job keeping up with the people Thursday through Sunday.
