Need some updates. Staff was awesome professional and friendly. They help us with whatever we needed help with. Breakfast was pretty good. Love that they were pet friendly.

The room could use some air freshener. Overall it was good for the price that I paid.

As for the breakfast, there's only one waffle maker, and several people had to wait to use it, and some gave up on using it, sausage and eggs were pretty sad.

Did not like it at all The bed was dirty nd dog food in the window the floor wasn’t clean I hade to go pay for another hotel I couldn’t get a refund I didn’t stay at all I left soon as I saw the room

Conveniently located around some food places and to the highway. Dirty and grungy. Sticky and stained walls, doors, seats, etc. potent smell of weed coming from inside and outside the building. People smoking at all exits and entrances. Trash in random spots. The room had food and used personal hygiene items scattered around the area. The AC unit was literally falling apart and part of it came out of the wall in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was good the pool was great.

This property was not helpful at all, I understand that storms com up and natural disasters or other factors are involved, but they are not prepared at all for these issues in the time of the storms and they do not want to accommodate so think twice about booking during a stormy season and the place was not as clean as I would have wanted my place of stay to be

Nothing Front desk was rude bedding was dirty had bugs in bed and hair all I it upon arrival. Toilet did not work.

Stayed for a wedding. There was an issue with the wifi but think it was due to a bad storm the night before but was up by Saturday. Would stay there again.

It was clean I have no complaints

Bed was comfortable and the room was big. Knew there was going to be a problem when the first thing you see is a sign saying no refunds if you need to cancel any of your stay. The room was so musty smelling it made me nauseous. Even Fabreze and Lysol couldn't help. There were big holes in every piece of furniture. The carpet was horrible. So dirty and old. Looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. The ac only cooled the room if it was set to 69. Either ice cold or burning hot. No in between. The pool had mold and slime all in it. People were in the lobby sleeping at all hours of the night. As well as drinking and hanging out in the parking lot. The 1st floor hallway where the staff was in and out if smelled like pot. Housekeeping never came by. Had to go get our own towels and toilet paper from the front desk. Dirty towels, including the ones we tried to use for the pool, piled up the whole stay along with the trash. Breakfast was a joke. First two mornings there wasn't even a coffee pot. There were people still sleeping in the "dining area" while I was getting breakfast. It was obvious most of the people having breakfast didn't stay at the hotel. Definitely not a safe family environment.

Perfect location. Room was large and pretty comfortable, with exception of the bed and pillows. Breakfast as less than adequate. By 9:30am there was not much available, though service was supposed to be till 10am.
