Holiday Inn Mobile West I-10 by IHG

4th floor smelled bad. They need some repairs all over the place. The bathroom tub and wall were scratched and stain. The pool was broke and empty and the bed was wore out. Breakfast was really good though.

The whole experience was horrible. The floors when you enter into the building, smell like mildew mixed with smoke. My room smelled horrible. The comforter had a big hole in the middle of it when I pulled back the comforter the sheets have black streaks on them. We went to dinner and came back Used the restroom in our room and the toilet flooded. We told front desk they brought us some sheets and a new comforter and a plunger, and told us to handle it. The next day we assumed when we left the room that they will clean the room. They came in and gave us some fresh towels, never made the bed never took out the trash or anything. When we checked out the third day there was no one at the front desk. We stayed at the front for about 30 minutes to wait for someone to complain about our stay and speak to a manager. Overall, I would never stay here in 1 million years again. I don’t strive in giving people bad reviews, but this day was very disappointing. Being that I came in for a family reunion for a short weekend , I didn’t have a lot of time to change hotels or I would have!

There was mold on the ceiling and stains on the towels and comforter and sheets.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because the pool was closed. We probably would have stayed across the street, had we known that in advance. The breakfast was absolutely excellent!

The not good was when we walked into the room we noticed the tile at the entry was damp. An employee came and wiped down the floor. The next morning shower when finished every cool surface had heavy condensation. It looked like we had sprayed water everywhere, even to the point of puddles on the floor. Which we absolutely did not. I’m sure, if not already, there will be a significant mold problem. Staff said they would check into it.

The room was old and not maintained well. The veneer on the furniture was chipped and peeling and so was the tub. It was definitely not worth $189 per night.

We drove out6 of there terrified. The staff in te other hotels verified that is was a drug den and no one ever stays there - it is run by local hoodlums. I EXPECT contacts from Holiday Inn, from Hotels. com, and a full refund. Driving for a funeral, exhausted, and then to face this was beyond nerve wracking and frightening.

The room was clean and fresh. The staff was informative and helpful. The breakfast was at cost and not a provided or a included bonus. After paying for the breakfast for 2 people, the total cost for staying at your hotel was about the same as other hotels that include a breakfast with the room.

For the price it was okay. It was a very old place the hallways smelled musty.The linens and towels did not smell freshly laundered. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was okay. It was a safe place and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Comfortable. Clean . Near our travel route. Breakfast included. Having to show a ticket for breakfast

Holes in walls and bedding, wet carpet in room, mismatched paint on doors and walls

The staff was amazing and great buffet breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
