Would stay again! Polite employees

Beds were a bit too soft for me but everything else was great.

Check in was easy and quick. Our two rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was well maintained and worked as it should. I love when the AC works well and we can get a nice hot shower after a long day of travel.

Location Unexpected clean room charges that weren’t Refundable

Not much The first night I got there the shower was backed up. I grabbed the room phone to call the front desk and it wasn't working. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone and asked since the shower is backed up should I change to a different room. They said yes but I would have to change right then at 2am. I told them that was a major inconvenience and Madison told me it was nothing she could do I would have to change right then. So I packed up all my stuff and moved to a new room and that room the air conditioner wasn't working and the ceiling was dripping water. Then I had to move to another room without the two beds I requested. All of this happening around 2 - 3am because she said I couldn't wait until morning. I moved from room to room because your facility was not functioning properly and inconvenience me, the guest. I did not like the way this situation was handled and I will never stay at any of your properties again.

Location Pool was over crowded with people that wasn’t even guest at the hotel. Hotel staff when we arrived had very bad attitude and rude .

The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. We especially enjoyed those who seemed to be very interested in making your day pleasant. The AC unit and controls weren't working right. It was either a little warm or freezing cold with the fan blowing full out. We blocked it with a chair and towels.
