    I have stayed at this hotel on occasion due to having family in the area. This will be my last time staying here! Check-in is posted at 3pm. As I was driving, I called the hotel at 1:30, asking if the room would be available for an early checkin. Our ETA was 2pm. The receptionist said there were no rooms clean. At 2:55 PM our room still wasn’t available! I called again after 3pm … Our room still wasn’t ready. At this point I used the hotel lobby restroom to chance clothes and get ready for a family event. While getting ready, a hotel employee was sitting in the bathroom for 15 minutes on her cell phone. I could no longer wait around for the room to be ready as I had an event to attend. I was very frustrated to get to the hotel after my family event and finally be able to check in at 10pm.

    Breakfast was ok but when it came to making the instant oatmeal there was no microwave. I asked attendant and was told he could take it in the back room and microwave it or I could take it to my room and use that microwave. I ate cold cereal with warm milk. Would I stay there again? Unsure

    Room was clean and everything seemed in very good condition. Nice workout room. Small indoor pool. staff was helpful and available. Very comfortable bed. Good coffee. Breakfast was not very good. I didn't expect it to be great, but it was still disappointing. The bagels and muffins weren't fresh. Milk wasn't labeled. Fruit was old. Bananas were overripe. Hot food looked OK, but I decided to go out for breakfast.

    Broken curtains in the room. Very poor insulation - could hear every neighbor walking around at all hours of the night. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7. I was there for a competition and on a schedule. Very disappointed that all I had to eat was cereal because breakfast started so late. The staff was friendly. It was just a disappointing stay.

    We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. The selections are vast and delicious!!

    Booked on Hotels app, but didn’t have a room when I got to the hotel. Apparently, something went wrong and my reservation did not go though so I, and my 4 kids, had no room when checking in at 11 pm. I understand that the hotel staff wasn’t at fault, however, they were not helpful at all in accommodating us in rebooking. We went elsewhere. No idea about any other parts of the hotel as we didn’t stay, but the parking and getting to the hotel were very confusing, especially at night! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

    We were told our rooms would be in close proximity due to the fact that we were travelling with children. We were given rooms on separate floors. The main lights in one room would not turn on and then flashed on and off throughout the night. The pullout sofa bed was entirely unacceptable. The mattress was thin and the springs could be felt. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed (no sheets, blankets or pillows) and when we requested some bedding we were told there was no bedding available. Finally, after a 45 minute wait in the middle of the night, someone brought some blankets which he said he stripped from another bed in the hotel. Given the late hour and discomfort of the sofa bed, my mother and I were required to share the other bed and my children were frightened in the room two floors away, with flashing lights. We were assured that for the second night, we would be moved to a different room and when we inquired the next day, we were told there was no other room for us. Since we were in town for a wedding, we had no option to move to another hotel and decided to focus on the wedding and resolve the issues once we returned home. Additionally please note that on more than one occasion, the garbages in the lobby and breakfast area were overflowing. Overall it was a terribly upsetting and disappointing stay.

    ANTS CRAWLING ALL THROUGH THE ROOM, NO TISSUES, POOL WAS DIRTY AND FREEZING, ROOM WASN'T READY AT 5PM IN THE EVENING, LOCK WAS BROKE ON THE DOOR, NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS AND EMAILS, MANAGER IS NEVER AVAILABLE

    Room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was not great but at least there was a breakfast. the attendant did a terrible job at replenishing what they offered. The entire breakfast area was not being kept clean. There was no one wiping down counters or tables.

    Just disappointed we went to swim and the pool was closed. We booked for our anniversary planning to swim and it was not advertised online or at the front desk that the pool was closed, when I brought it to the receptionist attention that it should be advertised that one of the major amenities are not working, she said to me That’s above my pay grade! and the Gm may be In around 10 just no hospitality at all.

    The property as well as the room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I would highly recommend a stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful!

    Very small intimate property, clean, breakfast wasn’t bad, the staff was great ( Mikey) was my favorite gave us some great places to eat made check in& out really smooth. Plenty of parking. The views were bad either
