Very good

It was ok, the tv in the suite bedroom didnt work and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds ive ever slept on.

Great breakfast—lots of options! Very clean! Such silky sheets! Comfy beds! Pocket door to bathroom was hard to lock. Full size fridge and cups and bowls and a dishwasher and a full size kitchen sink. Comfy couch and footstool and comfy desk chair. No tub and a see-through shower door. Pet fee was $75 for one night.

Great Rooms nice and quiet easy to get around

This was a great place to stay - amenities very nice. Our desk chair was gross, but when I let them know they took care of it right away. Only recommendation is the pool area is extremely slippery - pool tile(roughended surface) was not used. Staff great.

Check in took over 3 hours due to a nationwide shutdown. we were finally given a room only to realize its already occupied, given a 2nd room only to find 1 queen rather than the king we paid for, settled for that room because it was late and we were tired, asked for some type of comp. still waiting

The floor boards had gaping holes in the room and were sticking up in the middle of the room. There were stains on the walls. And there was a strong odor every night of some type of food in the hallways... Biggest complaint is that the maid came one time, on day 2 of our 8 day trip. So no new towels or tp the whole time.. let alone not getting the bed made or sheets changed. Yet they want us to tip housekeeping??

The staff was very helpful and nice .I met very nice people and I love the kitchen an the room was very clean. The breakfast was great,but there were very greedy people that ate up just about everything

Superb

Everything was perfect for families. All staff.were very nice, the hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Coffee 24/7, no complaints at all. It was great.

Exceptional

We've stayed at this property yearly for about 3 years. Usually, everything is perfect but this time was a bit lackluster. The breakfast that used to be exceptional was dimmed by the heating station being broken during our whole stay and the juice station halfway through. Housekeeping never came by during our 4 night stay even when we asked the front desk on the morning of our 3rd day and was told we weren't on the schedule. The hallways weren't kept clean either with a lot of dirt on our second level floor during our full stay.

Very clean, everything we needed💜

The front desk staff was amazing. They were so friendly and allowed us to extend our stay an extra day. Our rooms were very clean and we loved having the kitchen with all we needed. We will definitely stay in Home 2 Suites in our future travels.
