Everything was good to go

Loved the staff and location. I do recommend bringing plenty of clothes or plan on using a laundry mat outside of the hotel. They have a large percentage of people who live and work here but only two washers and dryers

Room felt dated and dirty. Shower didn’t have any shampoo dispenser put in at all. Front desk was virtually non existent anytime went to go ask for something. We’re persistently in the back and rarely at the desk.

Things in the bathroom were empty. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The main door was hard to lock. Mold on the can lights.

This is the first homes2suites I have seen so run down. The tile was separating in the kitchen area and bathroom, the baseboards were separating from the walls. Carpet was old and hallways were not maintained

One of the two elevators did not work so it was along wait to get on the elevator. Then on our last day the other elevator went out - we were on the 6th floor. My husband uses a cane - so I had to take everything down via the stairs. 2 trips to bring everything down the back up 6 flights to help my husband down. At least we didn’t have a plane to catch, but an exhausting 45 minutes to leave.

The rooms are modern and clean. The only problem that I had there was no elevator service for about 2 hours. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room and guest had to go to the front desk to retrieve another. The food was adequate for free breakfast.

The place is a little dated, but still pretty clean. Free parking and breakfast are a bonus. Great amenities for the price.
