I checked into my room which I loved. However, when I went to lock the door for the night the bolt lock was broke off. I was staying alone so therefore I wanted the bolt lock. I called down to the front desk and Sean was very helpful and quick to change my room. He brought my new keys right to me. When checking out this morning, he was across the hall already fixing the bolt lock. I will definitely stay here again.

I've traveled all across the US and the world and this hotel is by far the best bang for your buck. For the money, you couldn't get ask for a better place. It exceeded all my expectations. There's really nothing I didn't like. I just keep going back to VALUE !

I wish I could write a better review because the photos on Expedia look great, it's conveniently located near Pittsburgh, and the price is reasonable. Unfortunately, the kitchenette was dirty, the provided paper towel had a large yellow stain covering the entire roll, one of the stove's coil burners didn't work, and the other barely worked. The carpet was also old and dirty. We were also charged the pet fee twice, although it was refunded after an Expedia representative advocated on our behalf. Overall, the property was not as advertised, to say the least.

Staff, location, and price was great. Our room smelled like my grandpa and grandma’s house. Grandpa smoked like a chimney and when he wasn’t smoking you could smell the stale smell that he had been. Unless they replace the carpet and drywall it won’t change it smelling like that.

We had great experience with them! Great staff, well taken care of the room and hotel overall. Very friendly and professionally organized. Beds are comfortable which so very important to us!!! I definitely recommend my place to everyone.
