We had great experience with them! Great staff, well taken care of the room and hotel overall. Very friendly and professionally organized. Beds are comfortable which so very important to us!!! I definitely recommend my place to everyone.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was very nice and helpful the hotel was nice and clean. Will visit again.

Good value. Nice people. A little beat up

It was ok for a place to sleep for the night, but wasn’t real happy about having to walk through the large group of people allowed to camp out and smoke right in the middle of the main entrance. Had to walk through them to get in or out. Also, there was a dirty sock and hair from the previous guests left in the bathroom, children were loudly running around the hallways and the window to our room early in the morning, and hotel staff tried to enter our room prior to checkout to look at an AC unit that we never called about and was working perfectly. All of these issues are a reflection of poor hotel management.

The staff were really kind. And they worked with me with my red eye flight which I appreciated a lot. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. And the toilet handle, if you didn’t place it just right it would run the whole time. There was stuff stuck on the bathroom counter. And press on nails throughout the floor in the bathroom. Everything else was fine. Parking was good. Location of hotel was perfect.

I had to clean the whole room when I got there. It was so disgusting. The drawers were falling apart. The blankets were dirty. My whole experience was terrible. I’ll never stay at that filthy hotel again. It looked like they did absolutely nothing in the room from the last guest till when I got there it was dusty. Nothing was wiped down. There was stickiness all over the drawers and handles. I had to go buy Clorox wipes to clean the shower before I even gotten the disgusting thing that a giant hole was in.

Excellent experience! The front desk recognized us upon arrival, which showed great attention to their guests. Check-in was quick and easy, the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Emily, the manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating while we were traveling for work. Her hospitality was so appreciated that we ended up extending our stay. Highly recommend! My only wish is that they carried cooking tools. It is literally, the only thing I disliked.

Everyone I encountered was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a fantastic value and I would absolutely stay again. The elevator was a little suspect, but I didn't die, so...

Staff was both helpful and very pleasant. The location was centrally located for our needs. Dresser in the room was broken and was in need of repair or replacement.

Clean carpet, clean room. No breakfast, only coffee all day but had full-sized frig and 2 burner stove. Good value The TV did NOT work. Desk clerk said the internet was down, back up in an hr. A few hrs later, still no TV. Do not think it was hooked up!

I had a handicap room. It would be very helpful if there was a walk in shower. Also my biggest problem was the bed was too low. I had to have assistance to get up. Needs to be a little higher. But not too high. Just a few inches. The room needs a mirror in the main area and also clothing hooks. There are only mirror and hooks in bathroom. Need more for dressing convenience for multiple people. Was neat and clean otherwise. And affordable. Thanks

Room was very nice. Lever for shower/bath did not work. Very disappointing. Location was good. Amenities were very nice. Mostly clean and very modern.

Sorry but avoid this hotel.

There is no housekeeping daily. The TV did not work. Room keys quit working after the first day. The toilet ran for 20-30 minutes after a flush. Maintenance did come and it seemed to work after. Not a great place. NFL draft weekend so our options were limited.

The place was so smelly. The drainage in the bathroom was blocked and the toilet too low. The bed was creaky. I will give it 2/10.

Ease of access. The night staff was lacking, no internet, no tv, nothing in their food pantry, excessive banging noise and it just wasn't a good stay. Normally we love it, but not this time.
