Location The carpets were filthy. My white socks were black after walking across the floor a couple of times. The floor tiles were loose in the bathroom. The room smelled musty.

The staff was excellent. The property is undergoing a renovation so the cleanliness reflected that.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The facility is well worn and we had to switch rooms due to the phone and refrigerator not working. The worst part of the stay was the construction going on. Hammering going on before 8 am and the worst part was loud bangs around midnight. It sounded like rolls of carpeting being dropped on the floor literally shaking our room. We have used this hotel for stays in the past when visiting family but will be looking into other hotels next time.

Was not happy no one at the desk when we were checking in. Was not aware that renovations were going to be happening. After a 10 hour drive wanted to relax but Hammering and pounding above us was ever annoying

Front desk charged me over 500 for a reservation that was paid in full. I showed him the message from the hotel confirmation that it was paid in full. He said he didn't care. Showed him the booking confirmation...said he didn't care and that I needed to call booking.com. After I fixed his issue he said I would get refunded in about 5 days. Never seen a hotel charge my card without giving me a total first. I thought it was the normal incidental scan. Glad I saw the email. Toilet was plugged. Front desk handed me a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag to plunge it myself. No offer to do it. Just said there was no one there to do it....on a Friday evening at 4pm.....

We enjoyed staying there. Our room was clean & air conditioning & heat worked great. Very nice place to stay! We will come again sometime!

Breakfast was great! I wish the place was more sound proof. Didn't sleep well due to upstairs and next door.

The location was convenient The hotel was run down. The elevator had sticky floors and made lots of noises. The first room didn’t seem to have working heater so moved to a second room. Second room smelled so badly of old smoke it was hard to sleep

The hotel was decent and the breakfast was great. It's tucked away in the back, which seemed a little odd, but other than that, it was a nice hotel. The beds slept great.
