There was no linen change for our two night stay. Also, we had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Policy overrides customer needs. Not even close to Marriott facilities. Last time we stay at a Hilton. G Howarth

The room was clean. Everything was decent. The room is very spacious and the front desk lady named Ashley helped me out a lot. I will highly recommend to stay here multiple times if I could it’s a newer property so it’s really nice and clean on the inside.

Being a HILTON HONERS MEMBER it was like a slap in the face when I was charged a $50.00 per person security deposit fee. Not good!

The hotel was amazing very clean and updated. Great shower and very quiet. Even though they don't have a pool you are allowed to use the Hilton Home 2 hotel pool across the parking lot and there staff was very nice also. We only stay at Hilton hotels cause u now you will never be disappointed or question what u pay for.

Every one of the employees at the Hilton Garden Inn were TOP NOTCH - great customer service, very personable and helpful. I will DEFINITELY stay here again. And the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!

Hotel was good but booking experience was bad this time. I searched for Hotels in Pittsburgh Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn was second in the list with price, address was downtown. When I put address, it was 30 miles north of/away from Pittsburgh, that was very frustrating, I wasted my time going there and coming back.

Clean quite comfortable. Check in was slow. The coffee maker in the room only had decaf. Otherwise great.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
