Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley, PA

Hotel was good but booking experience was bad this time. I searched for Hotels in Pittsburgh Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn was second in the list with price, address was downtown. When I put address, it was 30 miles north of/away from Pittsburgh, that was very frustrating, I wasted my time going there and coming back.

Clean quite comfortable. Check in was slow. The coffee maker in the room only had decaf. Otherwise great.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great as I stay here when I go visit family. The staff is friendly, it’s clean and the beds are comfortable, and great location. My only issue I voiced is the pillows are so flat when you lay on them I use every single pillow because even with multiple pillows they look fluffy but they’re glad

I liked that there is a restaurant and bar at the hotel.

Other than the dogs barking and keeping me up, it was a good stay.

Great restaurant/bar on site with both indoor/outdoor seating areas. Spacious lobby and rooms. Very clean. Personable, accommodative staff.

It was a nice hotel. Seemed new and clean. Not the best Hilton we’ve stayed in but not bad. Room and restroom were large. Bed was decent. Staff was friendly and courteous.

I don't normally stay at Hiltons because they are usually out of my price range. This one was affordable and way above the quality hotel that I generally stay in. It was clean, well kept and amenities that actually worked, including the exercise room. If I ever get back to the Pittsburgh area, this is my place. They also have a first class restaurant on the property.

Helpful staff, very well-lighted and safe property. Will be back.

It was close to where we live and a nice getaway for my husband and I.

My only real complaint is that the beds are rock hard . Everything else was good room was clean the chair had some tips to it but that's no biggie since I know this property is pet friendly and things happen

The room was clean and well maintained.

Clean and comfortable but less impressive than a normal Hilton. Bedding was sub par.

It was truly a value. The motel was well maintained. My room and mattress were very comfortable. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I was putting a change of clothes on the top of the toilet and discovered it hadn't been washed in a while. I had to call for directions on how to close the shades. One chain is visible and other is hidden. There was coffee in the room but not tea. I scraped my toe hard on the metal strip coming out of the shower. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping up with the band aids I had requested. Their response was just a minute or two. Fast. I really thought the price was exceptional and thought I was saving 50%. I didn't see a swimming pool or an exercise room. The Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend the motel and I would come back. I didn't eat breakfast there only because I was meeting family for breakfast. Nor did I patronize the bar.

Breakfast should be included with the hotel stay!
