It’s under renovation so not looking great. Hated the noise of the interstate. At least the staff was excellent

Hotel was under renovation. Should have been mentioned when booking
-
It was under construction so many of the amenities were not available for us to use. The staff were okay ( front desk. The cleaning staff were perfect.

They were doing construction on the first floor when we checked in. So there was no breakfast available during our stay. The floor was not level in the first room we were in. We later figured it was from the air conditioner leaking and making the floor buckle. When you would take a shower the water would get all over the floor. Eventually they moved us to another room, which was fine. My biggest issue was that I prepaid for the room and was charged again. When I called to discuss I was told thats just the way Expedia coded it. I had to call again on a separate date to get the charges reversed.

The hotel was under construction. Dusty and the smell of paint was in all the rooms. No notification of the work taking place

The problem is I was not warned about massive renovations taking place. The entire reception area was under construction. Floors were being laid so while my room was right behind the front desk I had to walk outside and around to access my room. Not safe at night when near an airport . There was construction debris throughout the hall ways. Stairwells were a mess. I had to take the stairwell to access our other room because the elevator was on the other side of the locked door My room was missing a coffeemaker, I requested one and never received it. I wasn’t told that the cafe was open until our last day. Construction noise was all day from 8-6pm and the crew forgot to remove the door stopper from the door that leads outside on both days. A safety issue for a female staying on the first floor with a closed door to the reception area. It was over priced for the conditions and wish I would have known. Others had plumbing issues . The rooms were clean and newly renovated but you can see where it was a rushed job. Paint smears on the bathroom doors etc I love Marriott hotels. Just disappointed with this stay.

We paid $350 for a single night and were shocked by the condition of the property. We walked into a lobby filled with construction dust, workers were literally sanding during check-in. The gym and courtyard were both closed because of the renovations, leaving virtually none of the property's amenities available and nothing to justify the premium price. No pool, no complimentary breakfast. Our room was also very small for a family of 5. The renovations were not disclosed before booking, I would have never paid that price for 1 night if I knew the conditions of the hotel. The experience did not come close to matching the cost. I feel very ripped off.

The fact that the property was under construction renovation was not disclosed. Frankly for the price charges that was not a good value at all. Under construction, not disclosed limiting amenities but priced at 338 per night.
-
Location only. With all the construction going on they should have closed. Plus construction brings roaches which we saw a lot of.

Hotel under renovation in lobby area. Rooms already done and was very nice. Mattress was a bit firm for me.

This hotel had a fire and there was mold everything and the smell was terrible and made me sick. They have since started renovations. The mold smell is gone, but the hotel is under heavy construction. The room I was in was renovated but not well. The tub was dirty and the sink was separated from the bathroom and had a very small counter. Then water was slightly brown as well. The pipes have for sure not been updated.

Property is under renovation and there is a great deal of dust and noise. Parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want. Also, no discount or future considerations were offered because of the construction work.

Low quality hotel.

As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.

They were just under a full remodel which wasn’t stated on the rate

We enjoyed our short stay. From check in to check out it was seamless.

It was ok in the middle of renovation but overall it was ok
