A great place to stay after a long road trip. We had 5 people in our party so the sofa bed was a blessing. Great amenities and very clean and quiet

The pool had scum in it. Our pillows stunk. Two wash cloths for four people and no hot water the evening we arrived.

The room was dirty bad. Our socks were brown from walking on the carpet in our room. The toilet had poop streaks from the prior people who stayed before us. The curtains were stained brown & the bedding was stained as well. Even the entry way & the hallways need to be swept. Won’t be staying there again!

Location and layout of suite was lovely. A lot of room. As I was laying in they're bed, I felt sum on my leg and when I looked down it was a roach. I only saw that one but it's still the fact that a roach was on my leg in the bed.

Room Carpet was filthy. My white socks were terribly black. Other than that it was ok for one night

Loved the outdoor pool/pool hours Staff was smoking cigarettes right by the front door and smoke would get all in my daughter’s face. She has asthma so it flared it up anytime cigarette smoke got in her face. Didn’t like you couldn’t walk back inside through the side door from the pool and the bed was so hard. It was like sleeping on bricks

My room number was given out without my permission and a dangerous man showed at my door had to call the cops. There was nothing done when a staff member gave out my room number.
