This place is rude, ratchet and ghetto. They talk to you through a prison glass and if you have to pay a deposit kiss it goodbye in order to receive it back. You will be fighting your whole life to receive it.

The amount of illegal activity going on here is nothing short of astonishing and don't bother telling the front desk because they'll more than likely be too high to understand or care.

I have NEVER in my life run into this problem in the past. I had to go find another place that had a room (Smoking) and tolerate the smoke smell.

It’s a typical three star hotel! The room was pretty clean and smelled good. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the room on for one hour to get dressed and showered after driving into town for a funeral. I’m grateful they had a room available.

It was ok for one night, but it was dirty and kinda sketchy at night. But I did its work for that night. Staff were very nice and helpful (:

Housekeeping was a big issue because we did not get any. We were there for 5 day and the room was never touched. We had to go out and buy our own towels so we could take showes. I would tell my friends and family to stay away

I book for July 7threw 12 I check out on the July 8th the roaches, towels dirty , and it was stank Nothing

The young lady that checked me in and the gentleman that checked me out was pleasantly warming. The AC was a blessing, it maintained a constant set temperature making the room home. Hwy 165 South was loaded with everything a traveler would need, food, gas, and shopping. All within walking or within +-5 minute driving time. Overall a pleasurable trip.

Room was DIRTY. Hair in the sink. Not just one but like, all over. Toilet had crap stains in it and toilet paper. Flush was broken on it. TV didnt work. Bro like........theres a minimum standard for any hotel and this wasn't even close. Lady at the front was nice. Probably the only good thing.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Owner didn’t want to change our room. No smoke detectors in room. Serious safety issue, especially since traveling with a baby.

On top of that, everyone needs to check their records as they try and charge the difference if you book cheaper. Highly, do not recommend this hotel or any of their chain of hotels!!

False False advertisement :::: I have stayed in alot of hotels and not all are good but atleast you get what you pay for mislead Booked a deluxe room with a kitchenette got a room with 2 beds and a bathroom Toilet was backed up no one in office went and bought necessities to flush the toilet even left behind im sure who ever is next to be stuck there will nees it horrible experience We started with room 121 was told they were changing our room because they were changing the mattresses out ended up being placed in 207 I normally dont complain but this place is not worth the money switched to a better hotel truth in you get what you pay for and for 117 a night we should have been placed in the room booked and paid for in advance not treated like we weren't worthy of the money we spent to stay here False advertisement taking advantage of hard working people

They lied about having a pool. Said we couldn't cancel our reservation and get our money back. Got in the room with no clean towels. Told us they clean the rooms once a week. It just wasn't what we were looking for.

This places doesn’t have a pool and was full of gnats from the kitchen to the bathroom the shower was full of them

Room is so small. I do not believe that this is what I requested.

Everything was clean and the attendant let me check in early because I needed to attend my friends funeral. The room was clean and very accommodating. Also, I’m thankful for the placement of my room since I was traveling alone.

The shower had mold in it, dead bugs everywhere. There was a huge gap around the door. We had to fight to change our reservation for 4 nights to 1.

Room was not very clean, conditions kf rooms, poor, i think upgrades should be done expeditiously.
