Burn marks on my top blanket and there was a used band aid stuck to the side of the tub.

The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was a little disappointing with only cold cereal or honey buns. Coffee was way too strong. Luckily there was a McDonald's across the highway nearby. The room opened to the outside and parking lot, but we felt safe. Did not know about the $50. deposit for damages, but it was released before the end of the day I checked out.

Nice hotel accommodations, easy access to I-20. The bed and room were comfortable. Overall a good value in the Monroe, LA area. The rooms are an outside entrance, but they are nice and comfortable.

Nothing I booked, they accepted, told on arrival, no dogs. They turned me away and I had to book at another hotel. No refund. That’s wrong. I had driven 6 hours and I was tired. Would have been better to know before I was turned away during the night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend putting a shower liner up instead of a shower curtain. Would help keep water from getting on the floor better.

The room was clean and the staff were polite. I found it rude to get a message at 8AM to ask what time of my departure would be. The breakfast should have been called “continental” style.
