Red Roof Inn Monroe

I had made reservations at this Red Roof Inn. I was called the same day as I was to check in and told this location had a plumbing issue and I had to go to a different Red Roof Inn 4 miles away from the one I originally booked. When I checked in to this new location the A/C did not work in the room and it was over 90 degrees. I went to the front desk to tell them and a man from the front desk came and got it to cycle on, but it went off a couple minutes after he left. We waited for it to cycle on again, which it did, for only a couple minutes so I went back to the front desk and told him I wanted another room. He said they would get maintenance to come look at it and if they come in 15-20 minutes, then he would get us another room. Well, they did not come so they finally did put us in another room where the A/C unit was working. The elevator did not work and the breakfast was awful. I don't think I will be staying in a Red Roof Inn again.

Very old property needs to be updated. Sink would take forever to drain

The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Location was questionalble being a female travelling alone. I would have liked management to monitor the marijuana use in the rooms

If you have a large vehicle, make sure you check where to park to avoid difficulty

The room was huge! It was very clean and I was excited to see that it didn't have carpet. The bed was very comfortable with good sheets, pillows and a very nice comforter. The jetted tub was a pleasant surprise and very much enjoyed! Will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and employees were very polite and respectful

We never made it to the room. I pulled up and left my nephew and mother in the van and ran into the office to check in. When I came out there were 3 men looking into the windows of the van. They walked off when I came out and got in. Then a 4th man came of walked by and looked into the windows as well. We did not feel comfortable so I turned the keys in and left.

Not good area for walking dogs. Room was good, clean

Big rooms but very old. Funny smell and our dated. The male clerk was not friendly at all. No coffee or anything else in the place.

The air condition was extremly cold.

The staff were excellent. The place was very busy but they took the time to provide individual attention. Rooms are clean and very reasonable.

The workers were very helpful and friendly. When i open the room door the freshest hit me. The ac was on and working very well. When ever i go back they will be the first ones i will check in with.

Love the stay will be back

Everything was there where you needed and staff was nice and helpful

Didn't remember anything about breakfast. We went to eat at Wendy's after we checked out. We went to eat at Red Lobster after we checked in the night before. It would have been nice if a pass to eat somewhere was offered upon ch

The water pressure wasn’t great and it had an odor

VERY dirty.
