The Air Conditioner didn't work it stayed warm in the room. The noise from the people on each side were very loud. Hotel Rate was overpriced. Room wasn't very clean they have roaches.

My only complaint is the A/C unit was so loud that it made sleep next to impossible. I doubt I slept more than one or two hours the two nights I stayed there. Otherwise, the hotel was acceptable, the staff friendly, and the property was clean.

One light was burned out. The toilet was stopped up after the first flush. The plate on the door where the latch and deadbolt come out was broken. But it still worked. Despite all of this, the staff were very nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a nice overnight stay.

The carpet was very stained. The stairs had caution tape all over them like they could fall possible. the room never really cooled down. The bathroom was very tiny. The whole room had a weird smell. I asked for a receipt and was told they could not give me one as I did not book through them. I have never had trouble getting a receipt from any other hotel.

On checkout day, I had paid an additional $20 for late checkout on the Expedia website, but had not received confirmation. We needed more time to pack the car and the front desk was again very helpful in letting us check out at the time we requested. We were very impressed with the service and the cleanliness and the accessibility of the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we visit family.

I booked a non smoking room with a pet. $15 pet fee. When I got to the hotel they said they only had smoking rooms. I had no choice but to take it. Then they told me pet fee is $25. So I paid it. On check out I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager said Pet rooms are smoking rooms because of allergies. Expedia app does not work well with this information communicating to the property. The hotel is also next to a Sam’s Club. Each morning I was woken at 4 am with delivery trucks and the beeping noise from trucks in reverse. My sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in them. This place was the worst.
