The property was not clean in common or rooms.

We really enjoyed the room. It was amazing. The only complaint was that the iron didn’t work. Other than that, everything was great and the staff was very friendly!!

The rooms were clean but the heat had no been turned on. It took about 12 hours to get warm.

Good room, friendly staff. We stayed in the room with two bedrooms and a fold out couch. Breakfast was served.

Front desk was nice. The place doesn’t look like the picture and that’s not for the better. I felt as though I was staying at a homeless shelter in San Francisco. Carpets were stained and dirty in the hallways and elevator. There definitely was an unappealing smell over all. People were smoking weed abs cigs in their rooms and I could smell it from my room. I rarely would ever write a review much less a negative review. My room was clean and the staff were friendly.

This is a great hotel!! One of our favorites! The rooms are so spacious and the beds are soooooo comfortable!!!! The pool is phenomenal!!!!

Location The AC in our room was not working and it was EXTREMELY HOTT!!!!! The floor (carpet) was SOAKING WET! The hotel and rooms smell musky (probably from the carpet staying wet after they “shampoo” them or the fact that dogs are allowed. Room rates were OVER PRICED due to events in the area & You definitely do not get what you pay for! VERT DISAPPOINTED!! ?

Nothing I didn’t stay there. I booked and they overbooked so I had no room so I had to leave my party and stay 15 minutes away.

The living area was nice and comfortable. The room was nice and cool when we arrived. Everything was clean. Check in was easy. The clerk was friendly. The bedroom was small. I realize it was just to sleep but maneuvering around the bed was tight. The reservation was a king suite. But the bed was a full size. We slept comfortably but it was very close quarters. Accessing the parking lot was not a straight entry. Some of the USB ports did not work.
