Aura Inn Monterey

Easy to find and for one night it was a good stop over. Clean and comfortable It was a little further out than expected so we drove to the waterfront and explored from there.

The room was nice and looks good. I like the location of the inn where you can go to Carmel or the wharf easily accessible. I didn’t like that although it was advertised as having an ev charger they didn’t say there would be a $25 charge to use it. I didn’t care for the mattress but it was ok and the remote for the tv was filthy and I had to clean it but overall the inn was great and I will probably come back again.

Parking really tight most parking stalls were occupied by SUVs which made it difficult to park or to pull out also hard to exit my car well I avoid hitting car part next to me also would be nice to have hooks in bathrooms to hang wet towels otherwise everything was wonderful

The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! I would recommend anyone who is a light sleeper or sensitive to noise request a second floor room, as you can hear every footstep from the floor above. Overall a great stay!

This was an overnight stop on our travel. Modern room, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Close to the marina and restaurants. Plenty of parking.

Only the location. The bed was uncomfortable and not a queen size like I paid for. I went to the front office to inquire and the lady said it was a queen bed. It wasn’t, it was a full. No trash bags for our garbage cans. Not enough coffee, creamer and sugar for 2 people. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. The ac didn’t work well and kept turning off. We kept the window open for fresh air. We had issues with WiFi. The price was not worth the stay. I picked this placed based on reviews but with our experience we will not be staying there again.

It’s clean smells clean. White sheets were clean, floors were clean. Will definitely return.

It was very convenient and pretty clean... Soap dispensers practically empty no towel bars or hooks in bathroom terrible lighting no full-length mirror blanket seemed clean but there was a horrible stain on it--a definite "ick" factor! don't know why these emails are addressed to my husband when I booked the room

Great small little hotel for a one night stay. Our room was updated and front desk staff was nice. Checking in and out were quick and seamless!

The floors in the room were filthy. Everything else really clean??? Was like gritty sand feeling when you walked in the room. Socks turned black on bottom if you were not wearing shoes.

What a great location. Short walking distance to Del Monte Shopping Mall. Short drive to the beach. Free Parking…Bed is so comfortable. I had one of my best sleep.

The hotel was nice. The room was good size. Nice to have an extra sink outside of the bathroom, so two people could get ready. Lighting was dim, not that great for getting ready outside of the bathroom mirror. Floor could have been cleaner, but all in all the room was perfect for our two night stay.

For the price per night the room was not clean. I book a 2 king bed for a family of 4. The room had a weird smell. The sofa that it was in our room it was old and it smelled very bad. The bathroom was dirty and the walls had mold I request if they had anything else available but they say they were fully booked. Will I go back definitely no.!!! And not to mention that for my kids they charge me a fee apart from what I paid per night..
