Good location

Great location for sightseeing and our room location was quiet. Parking was included and felt secure. The room had some extras with robes and slippers, and we enjoyed then fireplace. Breakfast room is not staffed and there are no fresh or hot items, so for us it was more a snack to get going. We had no opportunity to use the pool due to time and weather, but it looked nice. While I prefer my rooms to be super clean and this was not, I would still return if I was looking for a fair value in an expensive town.

The pictures of the property compared to the reality of it are very different. Our room was very small and had some cleanliness issues. The sink was visibly clogged and a little dirty. It had tons of hair and build up. When we used it, the water would fill up the sink right away. The shower head was also dirty and old. Had a lot of buildup and dry water stains. We didn’t spend much time in the room so we just dealt with it but we will not be staying here again.

Great location- walking distance to mall- 10 min to Carmel and downtown Monterey. Fireplace in room was great. Nice pool and hot tub. Free parking! we really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Overall rooms were nice. The breakfast was a little disappointing.

clean, comfortable room, very clean, relaxing spa and pool, good location Front desk staff had ZERO personality and did not greet me when I walked into the lobby. I had to greet her. They advertised free breakfast but they only served bagels, bread, cereal, and packaged muffins and granola bars. The coffee was alright but it should have stated continental breakfast since no breakfast was actually served. While the location was good we experienced a great deal of road noise throughout the night on such a busy road.
