Very simple and quick check in and out. Everything very clean. Easy to access. Just expected more of the breakfast.

The shower would only supply hot water. When I talked to Josue at the front desk, instead of immediately remedying the situation he suggested that I have no other option but to take a hot shower. Mind you the water was scalding hot. What an embarrassment to this establishment. Needless to say I was shocked by the lack of professionalism.

Nice quiet place to stay with our pet dog for the 4th of July Holiday weekend. We feel we were charged alot more then expected. The pet fee is $40 a night not $40 per stay! So that was disappointing. No place to really throw a dog toy or to play. Just an area for pet waste. Several places to sit outside with family pet, however, the patio chairs and tables would have been nice to have been wiped cleaned every day -as the ants wanted to snack on our sandwiches! Elevator seemed to be dirty and slow, but for an older building at least they have one.

The room was so nice and just a short drive to anywhere in monterey. The hot tub in the room was a great, especially if you get back after the pool closes but the best part was the double showers. They didn't mention it or maybe I didnt read it correctly but there are 2 shower heads with their own temperature, so you and your partner dont have to share hot or cold water. Add in the bathrobes and slippers and it was a very relaxing getaway.

Room was very clean same as pool and hot tub! It’s very close to a shopping mall only a 8 min walk. Will be staying here for my next trip!

There wasn't a lot we like. Pool is great the surrounding are nice the actual rooms are not great. The rooms need updating in a big way bathrooms are very outdated. The bath has chips all over it. Cob webs around the mirrors. Toilet pan was not clean due to the age of it. Staff were ok but not very welcoming.

Location is great, the rooms are updated and comfortable and comfortable at nice there’s free breakfast even though we didn’t use it. Would definitely stay here again. Driving home my son said he already missed the hotel room 😆

Was expecting atleast eggs in the breakfast but was not satisfied with the breakfast.

Great location to aquarium and Carmel and Big Sur Not much to dislike. Breakfast felt a little cheap and they don’t start breakfast until 7am. Many people like ourselves like to get an early start. 6am or 630am would have been better.

I got the townhome and the bottom floor stopped working after a few hours but other than that I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay at, it was quiet and clean. Good location too.

Only complaint was the breakfast. Very limited basic selection.

The room was updated and decent but even though we booked over 4 months in advance, our request for a higher floor and away from stairs was not met. To make it worse, we were put in one of the loudest main floor rooms, directly under stairs beside the lobby. Breakfast was limited and pool was nice, but too busy to use.

Room was updated except the bathroom. Lots of mold and was not cleaned very good. Bed was hard to sleep on.

Breakfast was simple, the room we got was great with the hot tub and mini fireplace was lovely. Bathroom was clean.

The room was great. The space, the amenities, the bathroom was awesome. Overall, the room itself was great. I think the room was overpriced. The continental breakfast wasn't much. The TV was outdated. I thought that the property was bigger from the looks of the pictures. The guests above me were noisy till late into midnight. I could hear them stomping around their room all night. Some other guests were outside my door arguing.

Booked this hotel for our anniversary & we were happy. Nice, clean, & quiet! The only complaint we have is the beds were not the most comfortable. They were very hard but weren’t so bad since I brought my own pillow. Parking was amazing & free! If you’re looking for an affordable clean hotel, book this one.
