The gentlemen at the front desk was accommodating. Upon leaving no one was at the front desk. Had to call out. A woman showed up and did bare minimum. Unwelcoming feeling. The room itself felt unclean. The baseboards if you can call it was dirty and old. The exposed wiring on the walls made the room feel unprofessional. The bathroom had what looked like mold on the walls. The ceiling was dirty which made us not want to shower. The light was flickering in the bathroom. The smell of the room was not great. I really felt like I wanted to not stay at the hotel because it felt very dirty. Would not recommend this place at all!

I loved the jacuzzi it felt very relaxing They gave us a room where someone was already staying but I know accidents happen.

Room was clean and beds was comfortable. I will be staying there next time I go visit my granddaughter.

It was very dirty, there was a strange smell, and the water in the bathroom took a long time to drain. Overall, we will never stay there again.

The owner is very kind and the rooms have their own A/C, coffee, TV, fridge, and microwave (or at least ours did). It is however right on the main road and you can hear the cars. There's a lot of lights on all night and it just takes another guest's car alarm or honking to wake everyone up. We survived and slept reasonably well. No breakfast but there's a mall across the street.

I liked that the little refrigerator had a freezer for my ice packs. The refrigerator smelled bad. The floor was filthy and we had to wash our feet before we put our shoes and socks on in the morning. It needs to be properly mopped. The flow restrictor in the sink was too much and we could hardly brush our teeth. The stopper in the sink drain was missing. The wood was trim around the door in the bathroom was broken off about 3 inches at the bottom on one side. The ironing board cover had holes in it.

The location was close by to downtown Carmel and was in an overall good area. The property didn’t resemble the pictures in the listing very well. The rooms were decently clean, but nothing to write home about. The sheets had a few stains & hairs and the floors made our socks black after just 1 night.
