Room not clean at check in. Saw cockroach in room this morning. Left by 6am

The staff were some of the nicest people we met on our road trip. They gave us pointers on things that were nearby and even shared where to fill up our car for the best price. Loved having an outdoor seating area that was pet friendly. Everything was clean and comfy! Totally would stay here again!

Very nice property for the price in the area. Clean, well kept, conveniently across the street from the large mall. Stayed with our dog, very convenient for pet owners. Grass areas and turf on the property grounds. Den, helped us check in and check out. The most nicest, kindest, respectful, helpful, individual I have ever come across in my life. Every time I come to central coast, I’ll stay here, specifically because of the way the staff treated of us.

Big disappointment. The room and bathroom were not clean even though it was supposed to be a room one no people with pets stayed, I could tell pets have damaged the bathroom door (chunks of chewed and scratch marks around the edges). We could not stay overnight, we left soon after check in.

It’s close to shopping and food. They didn’t clean the room or refresh towels during our stay. Towels don’t match, pillows are uncomfortable, drain in bathroom was broken.

The motel allows animals and we had a dog next door that barked a lot. I think the person was a long term occupant so the manager didn’t care to do anything. He was also smoking pot just outside our door. Better insulation the people upstairs sounded like elephants walking around. Bathtub was very slippery but the manager did get a bath mat for us. Barking dogs and pot smoking neighbors.

Very clean. Comfortable beds! Location is close to everything in the Monterey area. The staff was so friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

First room was not clean, dark, dingy so we were moved upstairs. It was cleaner but property was not well maintained. Office smelled funny.

The drainage was horrible.

My bathroom was a little iffy. I was def glad to be only staying one night

The front door had a gap wide enough to see through. It didn’t give privacy or the most safe environment. Then the police interrupted our sleep by knocking on everyones door

It was exactly what I needed a place to sleep for low price so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy The squeaky noise on the floor

The cheerful and friendly hospitality. They accommodate what type of room you prefer when you check in. The best part of staying here was they don’t charge you a deposit on top of the already paid room and using third party booking.com N/A
