Perfect Bring a wagon if you’re able to this will help with all the small stuff from your car. Otherwise the Bell Service might have to make a couple trips to get your luggage to your room, depending on the size of your family. Parking is basically in front of your room. Great place definitely coming back.

Health club on site. Resort fees are $34 daily +$25 for parking. Resorts should include parking.

Friendly staff and super clean and everyone's so nice. Food was soo good :)

Great hotel! No complaints. :) :)

We loved the room very clean and my kids loved the pool kids area and s’mores every day highly recommended.

Room was decent. Not the best not the worst. Pools are great for families, not worth it for young couples or singles. Real bummer was at checkout when they piled on these extra fees that accrued daily and they also charged me for a room service (dining) call that I never made. So when you book your room, be prepared to get fleeced for another roughly $200-300 on the very last day

clean, good amenities, especially for families.

Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Monterey! Beautiful, clean rooms, outstanding customer service, and a peaceful resort atmosphere. The location is perfect just minutes from Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Big Sur. Comfortable beds, great amenities, and an overall first class experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Monterey, whether for a weekend getaway, business trip, or family vacation. We will definitely be back!

It was clean over all. But the pool paint is p peeling and it would hurt the toes when step on it. Other than that everything was good

Nice place

This is such a dirty property. Hallways filthy and smells so bad. Garbage containers overflowing with garbage. Outdoor furniture is just disgusting. Room inside was little better. We glad we stayed just one night. I would never consider staying in this place. Shame on you, Hyatt!

Exactly the right location for what we wanted to do. Wonderful experience!

The way the suites are advertised are a bit misleading. Online you can choose whether your suite is accessible or not. Turns out 4 out of the 6 Monterey suites are accessible. My wife and I had booked a non-accessible suite for our honeymoon but were given an accessible unit. We asked to move rooms but no suites were available. We ended up downgrading to a king room. Staff were very helpful in trying to accommodate but it was still a bit disappointing and we ended up ending our stay one day earlier than we had anticipated.

Second time staying at a Hyatt Regency hotel and they do not disappoint the staff is beyond friendly and super helpful! Our room was very clean and well put together. I definitely will recommend booking a stay.

Rooms are okay, we can hear the other door person talking and fan sound, not a great place to saty

We had a great stay as a family of 4 over the July 4th holiday weekend. The location is perfect for exploring several areas each day, then returning to eat or grab drinks in the lobby or to enjoy the outdoor areas. We would love to stay again.

Property felt clean but slightly dated. Front desk staff was kind and courteous. Room was spacious and bed was firm. Did not stay to eat breakfast as we were on a quick overnight trip but would stay here again in order to enjoy the amenities. There is a resort fee and a parking fee which felt unnecessary.
