Nice & comfortable hotel.

The sound proof is terrible. You can hear the people dancing above your head until 12 am.

I went alone. All though there were mostly families I felt comfortable there. The massage was excellent, food was great and loved the fire pit and snores. Would definitely go there again to get away

Traveling with a friend and called a week in advance to confirm 2 beds as booked, was told no problem, and when we arrived they had no more 2 bed rooms and stuck us in a king with a roll-a-bed overseeing the swimming pool with screaming kids everywhere, for nearly $600 I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Great place to stay.

Great restaurant, coffee shop, clean room, great outdoor amenities and great services-play pen was huge life saver! Friendly and professional staff!

Hotel has a great location. The staff was excellent, food and service was great. The rooms are comfortable, though a little dated. Wifi was a bit spotty and kept dropping.

Clean, family friendly and buffet breakfast was so good.

This is always a great place to stay. Nice rooms, nice staff and family friendly. We had a little issue with the shower faucet breaking and staff came right away and fixed and we received a discount on our bill too. I would stay again.

Carpet is old and smells other than that it’s ok

Terrible sweet smell in carpeted hallway in building k. This am, Heavy urine smell in cafe area men’s restroom. Can hear voices easily in adjoining room. Our room shower was usually low water pressure and no hot water only warm.

Room was clean, hallway and elevator were dirty, garbage outside unit N had a pizza box on it for a few days, there was lots of trash in the parking lot.

We were able to check in early which was helpful since we had been driving all night. The family entertainment area was a hit! The room was quiet and clean. I was able to get an appointment at the spa which was also very relaxing. The choices of food on property was limited to the coffee cafe and the restaurant ( or the golf course at lunch time) but this was not a huge issue for our family since we wanted to go to the wharf for food. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved purified water and ice machine on each floor. Simple, but so useful.

What I did like and enjoyed was they provided s’mores kits. Fun times for kids and adults to do.
