Very nice property! Clean room and great breakfast.

I booked on our way to a trip so I paid for it through Hotels.com. Once I got to the hotel, 20-30 minutes later, the room type I booked was not available. The hotel staff charged me for a different room. Double charging me. It’s been one week and I still haven’t been contacted as promised for a refund.

Very nice propoerty and room. One problem in our room was the refrigerator was not working.

The mattress was very uncomfortable for both of us. Deck check in was very lacking. No bottled water was offered but noticed the person before us was. We needed a handicapped shower and were given a handicapped accessable tub. Therefore, we could not take a shower as we could not get in it. Tried to explain to the desk and get proper room and were refused. The hotel was fully booked and very nosey the entire stay. We probably will not go back here even though we have stayed many times. Breakfast help was wonderful and very nice.

The location is very convenient to many restaurant and shopping. The property is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very nice breakfast selections. Soap dispenser in shower was either broken or empty. Prefer bars of soap.

The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay.
