The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on duty during evenings. (We asked twice for this service before leaving for the day- so not sure how it was missed). Also, there were only 2 (non matching) forks in the kitchen, one of the bowls in the cabinet had not been washed and there was no creamer for the coffee. Also, we had to request a skillet (there wasn’t one in the room). Since there was no maid or house host on duty, the receptionist had to locate one for us. She found one after about a 30 minute wait. She was very helpful though. After requesting anything, we were met with prompt service and staff were very friendly. Rooms and hotel were very quaint. I wanted to do a quick load of laundry and there was no detergent to buy. This hotel can be excellent if they stay stocked with the right amenities for each room and have a house host or maid on shift 24 hours just in case guests need something. I would stay here again. It’d also be great if they had food room service and more tv channels.

Everything was excellent!

rm 206 tub drained very slowly, water was filling in the tub while I was taking a shower, the water pressure was very low and the toilet ran all night. The staff was great and the hotel was nice

Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.

The suite that i reserved the first night felt dirty and the Television did not work. There was no one on duty to repair the TV so I had to pack up all of my things and move to another room which was very inconvenient the second night. I had a different room due to not needing the full suite so I had a double bedroom that room was a lot cleaner although some things did not work some things did. Their appliances in both rooms had a lot of rust and scratches. Dishes seem dirty I would never have used them, but thankfully, this trip I was not using the kitchen. It just didnt live up to the Marriott name, or the price!

I loved the bed it was so comfortable the location was great close to a lot of restaurants and shopping the room was spacious, cozy and very clean I hate we only spent one night we will definitely book again! The only thing was our room wasn't ready when we arrived we had to wait for about an hour before we could get settled in but still wasn't disappointed because we went to a restaurant close by while we waited

The breakfast menu had a variety of good choices. Unfortunately the waffle maker was unavailable. I love waffles but there were other good choices.

The beds had bug and the room were filthy

Carpet need to be removed and add wood flooring. It harbors germs and odors. Tub need to be repaired laced with wall in showers and not painted over. Replace the cookware and microwave. It was rusty. Increase your television size.

The shower head had black mold on it, however, when I brought it up to the front desk, they immediately addressed it. The room was spacious and hotel was close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff, for the most part, seemed pleasant, however, one person at the front desk had an unwelcoming presence and didn’t seem to care to assist me anytime I needed help.

The staff were extremely welcoming, the hotel was clean and worth the stay.
