At check in they told me the pet fee was $75 despite Hotels.com booking advertising $50.00. After having to ask the clerk to match the price, the manager finally came and said they’d honor it this one time. Room was not really clean. Lots of stains and spills on floor. The beds had hairs in them so unsure if sheets were changed. There was urine still on toilet seat. Hallways were dark and dingy smelling. Pool area has trash and bottles left everywhere. The janitor was on speakerphone saying he wasn’t going throw it out because the guests may come back. Spoiler, the next morning everything was still there. We witnessed him taking their used towels and folding them and putting back on towel cart. Hotel allowed guests to light off fireworks in parking lot, they left the trash there as well. Most likely wouldn’t stay again. The bed was comfortable but we were also deliriously tired from travel.

Front desk lady was super helpful at check in. We stay here on our way to Florida and on the way home every time we go. Never have an issue.

The floors in our room were greasy, but otherwise it was clean! I didn't interact much with the staff. My daughter fell in the lobby running to me (yes I know they say no running) and as I walked away her dad heard the front desk receptionist say a sarcastic statement about her falling then she denied it. I don’t have anything grand to say about the place. Probably be a great place if you don’t have children. I don’t think the staff are too fond of children (which is fine).

The room was excellent and things were great, however the rate quoted on Hotels.com is not what the hotel charged me. I am now having to dispute this with the manager of the hotel. They charged me $177.00 over the booked rate after I lect.

Room light on bed did not work. Sterile no art eork, nothing on walls, bed caused back ache, bath room amenities were very poorly place.
