I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Exceptional staff, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is a great location with lots of food options and stores nearby.

It's noisy and there are cockroaches.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and always helpful! Breakfast was good. Location perfect.

The air conditioner never worked properly. We asked the front desk when we checked in. They said maintenance changed the filter still didn’t work properly. Mentioned it again at checkout, attendant said someone would reach out, never did.

Location is good but the front desk services are not good.

I should have known when we opened the cabinet to find an opened can of cat food that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. Next we found dog hair on the floor of the kitchenette. Clearly this room hadn’t been cleaned. When we went to the front desk to let them know they sent someone up who begrudgingly swept the dog hair up, but I don’t think he bothered to mop. At this point we went looking for somewhere else to stay, but unfortunately the other hotel was booked and we needed someplace to stay. There also appeared to be mold growing in the ceiling of the bathroom. A day goes by and I personally went to the front desk that morning to ask that our room be refreshed. I even spoke to someone in room service who assured me it would be about 30 minutes. Since we were headed out for the day that was perfect. When we arrived later in the evening the room hadn’t been touched. This is completely unacceptable. I’ll be on the phone with the general manager on Monday and I won’t step foot in this property ever again. Think twice before booking.

I will never stay here again. Toilet broken and clogged when we arrived. Flooded when they flushed it. Took them two hours to send maintenance and Clean up. No coffee after breakfast. Had to ask for towels 3 and 4 times each day. Put out a sign morning of July 4 to say there was no cleaning staff. They had the day off. Worst hotel stay of my life.

The room we got was on the grount floor and smells cigarette. But the breakfast and facilities are ok

The toilet 🚽 needs to be a comfort hight not 12” off the floor! Update the place and make sure your costumer’s get what they deserve!!!

Great stay at Homewood Suites in Montgomery! Friendly, attentive staff and a spotless, spacious suite made our visit comfortable. Loved the peaceful view of the small lake. Convenient amenities (free breakfast, clean pool/fitness area) and easy access to local restaurants. Highly recommended for a relaxing, well-appointed stay.

Breakfast was great; many choices. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wednesday night offered free drinks & dinner! The room was large, but one bed had an old mattress :(. The property is a bit old, but is well maintained. Our only complaint is that there was not daily room service. Towels did not dry unless I left the bathroom light/ fan on 24/7. I was able to pick up a clean set of towels from the front desk, but went 2 days in a row without room service & piles of wet towels on the floor. This policy is not provided up front.

Breakfast selection and quality along with the staff in the dining area were outstanding, first class The weekend front desk staff lacked personality, a little too curt in communication exchanges. Fan blades were fuzzy due to excessive amount of dust on all fan blades in rooms.

Our stay was good.

Dusty and old furniture... Mattress need replacement and AC okay. Staff was very friendly and excellent breakfast.

Location is great, many stores and restaurants nearby. Room was clean, pet walking area was nice and staff was friendly.
