I was placed in an accessible room, which I appreciated, but several things were in poor condition: - The room was persistently humid; I had to keep the thermostat at 65–66°F, as anything higher left the carpet damp and the air uncomfortable. - The in-room teabags were already open, and the pitcher in the fridge had leftover liquid and staining. - The carpet was torn near the kitchen island area, and there was no seating there, the desk chair wasn't a comfortable height for that space either. - Drawers and the electrical panel doors wouldn't stay shut. Two issues concerned me most: the security bar on the door wasn't seated properly in the frame, and there were blood streaks on one of the pillows. I only had the pleasure of interacting with the front desk staff and they were wonderful. Breakfast was okay, the eggs were the best part. The curtains did actually close all the way and didn't leave an awkward gap.

Everything was top notch , it was a great stay.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they had a weeknight “social” on Wednesday. I didn’t attend but thought that was nice.

This was our first and last time staying in this hotel. It sucks because we had high hopes. It looks inviting from the outside. It has a nice lobby and eating area. The breakfast was impressive. They actually had fresh strawberries and blueberries. The laundry was free. With all that being said, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of our room. One of the first things we noticed when we walked in was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The tub was also very stained. The top drawer of the one dresser was broken and all the drawers were very dirty. I had to wipe they out before putting my clothes away. The upholstery on the chairs in the kitchen was all ripped up. After the “cleaner” came in the second day they left behind a press on finger nail. It was very hot out the few days that we stayed. They must of not had the air conditioning running on the upper floors because the hallway and elevator were extremely warm and stuffy. It is a shame. This could be a very nice hotel if they did some simple upgrades and thorough cleaning.

It’s been a few times that there wasn’t a mattress on the pullout sofa which made the sofa concave when sitting on it. The staff members at the desk told me they didn’t know where any mattresses were in the hotel to fix the inconveniences. We were given a different room this last stay and again, no mattress and still the same response from the front desk. Sorry but can’t help with that.

Gym and laundry next door made for a convient pairing! The room was very clean and had every amenity you would need.

The room had many problems. Many fixtures were broken/inoperable. The toilet paper holder was broken, the towel hooks were broken, the phone didn't work, an outlet was dead, the dishwasher leaked and no one was able to come fix it. The pullout couch was a much smaller mattress than we expected, so it only fit one (versus other branches that have larger ones where two kids can certainly fit). We also found someone's socks behind a chair, so it clearly was not thoroughly cleaned.

Great, easy stay. Starr was helpful and location was great. No issues!
-
Dirty place. We’ve stayed at other locations that were very nice. This one…not so much. Room smelled bad, stains on the furniture. Not well maintained facility.

Needs updating and cleaning

great stay and appreciated the staff.

I highly recommend it; it's beautiful, clean, and very centrally located. I would definitely return because it exceeded my expectations. Nice 👍

The stay was fine, but I don’t believe these rooms are worth $200 a night, especially when one of the two elevators was out of order without signage or any kind of heads up, hallways are covered in bleach (?) stains, and it looked like someone might have dyed their hair in the tub in our room, there was some kind of stain in the bottom of the tub.

Good buffet breakfast in the morning!

It was a nice environment and good clean room. However, the sofa in our room was sunkin in and needed replacing. Also, the toilet needed to be flushed multiple times in order to let even the smallest piece of toilet paper down the drain. Other than that, the room was great. Lastly, the people who stayed before us had left party balloons behind the curtains. Would have expthat to be found when the staff cleaned the room before we got it.

Everything was fine until we arrived and were told the hotel Wi-Fi was down. We stayed for three days, and the Wi-Fi was still not working by the end of the trip. That meant no reliable internet the entire stay, and since my phone only had one or two bars in the room, I could barely stream anything or use my phone properly either. On top of that, the key cards were extremely temperamental. I had to get my room keys redone four different times. Staff suggested maybe they were being affected by my phone, but that was not the case. The cards were kept in a separate pocket with no electronics near them. The elevators were also having issues and were not working more than half the time. I had to keep finding another elevator that actually worked, which was especially frustrating when bringing my luggage down at the end of the stay. Between no Wi-Fi for the entire trip, unreliable room keys, poor phone service in the room, and elevator problems, this was a terrible experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
