No microwave in my room, even though the pictures on their website show one. The front desk informed me only suites have a microwave. The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly told me to leave my key on the front desk and that I shouldn’t be expecting much that early in the morning.

This property does not match its reputation or name. The driveway is full of deep potholes. The room lacked basic amenities. Most frustratingly, the room was clean on the surface but there was actual garbages under the bed. Housekeeping and management needs to step up.

The room had dust on the headboard. The pullout couch was terribly stained and disgusting looking.The room wasn’t even prepared.

Convenient location near places to eat. Stay was comfortable, clean and quiet for a good night rest.

Spacious room, nice to have pull out couch option with 2 queens. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Wish to have had a microwave and a larger TV in room. Otherwise no complaints.

The room smelled like wet dog, the shower curtain was rancid, and the shower did not work.

There was no free breakfast. I did purchase at the Starbuck on-site. My chosen table [near the seated area with individual television] was not clean. Megan, says she's General Mgr & other checkout lady [6/21/25] & checkin lady 6/22 was very rude & not professional at all. Jennifer and Hank was very kind, pleasant and professional.

We were not staying as part of a business trip. We were attending a celebration for a friend.

The staff was very welcoming. The hotel was super clean and had a wonderful ambiance and leisure areas. I also enjoyed the close proximity to the neighboring shopping mall and several restaurants.

Convenient location when I work in the area & very close to many food options including a restaurant next door that you can get to without walking outside. Staff is always very nice.
