I’d like to add an update to my previous review, specifically regarding being double-charged. The hotel did rectify the charges after 48 hours. I’m still not happy that it happened, especially because I questioned the desk staff member immediately after she processed my payment. But at least I didn’t have to make any additional inquiries. Plus overall this property is outstanding and this is the first problem I have ever experienced.

Just that one staff at check in. Didn’t answer any of the questions I had . For example, I was looking for water and asked if there’s a vendor machine. She said no outright. I found out next morning that’s a lie .
