It was easily to get in. Some nights smelled like curry and the dryer didn't work

Only thing I could say positively is that the bed was comfortable. Room had a strong smell of wet dog and was humid despite having the AC on. Second night in the room there was cockroaches everywhere, tv, stand, nightstand, tub, sink. Floors were disgusting, they looked like they haven’t been cleaned/washed in a very long time. Walls and furniture were not well maintained.

Upon checking in we noticed that the room had an overwhelming smell of cat urine. When looking into the windows of several vacant rooms it was obvious that the motel was disgusting overall. It was so bad that we refused to bring our bags in an immediately asked for a refund. The hotel refused to refund our booking despite us never completely taking possession of the room. Not only did we lose the money for this booking, we had to pay for another room at another hotel. DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL!!!

The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. Hairdryer was broken - when picked up fell into 2 pieces and greasy dirty. Furniture was bad - long deep scratches in the headboard, old tv bracket just hanging behind the tv on the stand. If we could have found another place to stay we would have. The worst experience - would NOT recommend.

The statt was friendly and my room clean, the bed comfortable. I have no complaints.

The hospitality was good. The rooms could be a little bit more cleaner, but it wasn’t bad.

Poor internet

This hotel need a remodel for today standard.

We were only offered smoking rooms to stay the night. The management was absolutely the worst! They verbally assured us that they would refund the room but did not follow through.

The tv in the room did not work at all so we had no tv or anything to watch at all there was alot of damage to the walls and just shoddy workmanship I had expected better for the money was much better back when it first started years ago

The property is okay ! The room that we stayed in with the king bed had fleas we was itching, and we seen the bugs, and the sink was stopped up and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean

They charged me twice for the stay and had to dispute it.

The room and staff were great. The beds were comfortable. I accidentally booked a smoking room and I could hardly smell the smoke. The Indian grill is also a great place to eat. When we go back to the area, we will be booking again.

Location. That’s all. The cleanliness.

The bed No coffee in room. No breakfast.

I stayed there last year and had a hard time opening the door to my room, this year it was worse Three different times I had to get help getting into my room. I will not stay there again. The price was better than other motels,or high rise it's not worth it I will not stay there again.

the room is old and in need of paint and updating. tub is damaged, not enough lighting, no iron or ironing board. no breakfast available. requested no smoking room. the room was smelly. all my clothes need to be laundered. not returning.
