Barstools by the counter were ripped on both seats so badly it looked like a tiger or bear had clawed them. The bath tub looked dingy and there were dark stains in the bottom and on the grout.

Room was clean and well stocked, Breakfast was excellent plenty of food and selections overall Great experience would stay there again

I like their trio room a lot. One room had two queen size beds and a bathroom. The other side was a room with a king size bed with its own bathroom too. In the middle was a small kitchen and living room with a couch and tv. It was perfect for my stay. The suite has an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it. I would recommend they upgrade the couch in the living room, because it was too hard to seat on. Add a little more to the room too like some art, design, or something small to elevate the room. They have handicap rooms, which i thought was precious. The whole place is handicap friendly, and family friendly too.

Great concept…needs updating

The only reason I’m giving this property such a high rating is because of Keisha’s hospitality and commitment to fixing our problem. She informed us at about 9 am that she was working on getting us into a new room with a working unit . At about 11:00 am we went down to the front desk and she got us right into a room and provided us with waters . The rest of our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.

Exceptional

Our stay was great. The room and pool were both clean and well maintained. A special thanks to Keisha at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a change in our schedule, and she went above and beyond to help us work everything out. We really appreciated her assistance. If I am ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here again!

Meh….

The Breakfast has declined. The rooms were not vacuumed during my 10 days stay. The rugs were very stained and have not been cleaned. I complained to the front desk on several occasions, and nothing was done.

Layout nice. Cleanliness in rooms leaves much to be desired. Blac marks in calking around the tub. Remote sticky and not working upon checkin . I cleaned it myself and was given new batteries at front desk. I alerted desk clerk to cleanliness issues and got a response that he noted that.

We had a 2 bedroom suite reserved. When we arrived we were given a one bedroom so had to get that fixed. Room was clean but a bit run down. Ripped and fraying upholstery and a missing drain were evident. When we had issues in the evenings there was rarely a staff person available as they were doing other tasks in the hotel. The hallways had no air conditioning but the rooms were comfortable. The beds and pillows were good and the location was also close to highways and shopping.

Perfect location; nestled in the back of other front property! Large parking lot. Very nice place to stay; enjoyed breakfast and having coffee on center terrace and chatting with friends!!

I was placed in an accessible room, which I appreciated, but several things were in poor condition: - The room was persistently humid; I had to keep the thermostat at 65–66°F, as anything higher left the carpet damp and the air uncomfortable. - The in-room teabags were already open, and the pitcher in the fridge had leftover liquid and staining. - The carpet was torn near the kitchen island area, and there was no seating there, the desk chair wasn't a comfortable height for that space either. - Drawers and the electrical panel doors wouldn't stay shut. Two issues concerned me most: the security bar on the door wasn't seated properly in the frame, and there were blood streaks on one of the pillows. I only had the pleasure of interacting with the front desk staff and they were wonderful. Breakfast was okay, the eggs were the best part. The curtains did actually close all the way and didn't leave an awkward gap.
