The staff were so kind and polite from checking in until the check out with helping us getting out to the car. For a place to sleep it was fine.

Everything was well. Just because of weather was poor wifi connection and breakfast could have more choice. In general, I realy recomend this place.

Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. We also had some issues with a lamp, the coffee maker, and a torn shower curtain. Not our most pleasant stay.

Very clean, excellent staff assistance and convenient to major highways. The down home feeling is extremely comforting.

The bathroom was falling apart and not very clean. I was pretty grossed out. Also not impressed with the "breakfast". Definitely not worth the price! Very disappointed. I was here for a family situation not for fun. So we didn't get much sleep in these conditions

The bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was great!! Plenty of choice to eat... Exercise room was great BUT there were no TV to watch while I was walking on the treadmill. When I was driving down on Rt. 309, it is hard to see the hotel. I almost missed it twice. Can you put a bigger sign for us to see?

Jet tub did not work. The hotel smells like smoke as soon as you walk in, even though they are smoke free. The mattress for the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Break fast was terrible. We have make pan cake when many are in the queue. Nothing else good there to eat. When you charge around $300, please provide some good break fast. Room had bad odor.

The facilities were adequate but lackluster for the considerable cost. The location really helps boost the value, but the room is definitely dated, the amenities are lackluster, the included benefits like coffee pods and breakfast are very minimal. A basic vending machine is the only thing that would provide soda and water, so you are limited to leaving the location to get other, more appropriate supplies. My biggest complaint is the size and layout of the bathroom, which is very dated and very poorly configured, making it feel much tighter and restricted than necessary. The staff was generally nice, but during breakfast the manager complained about other customers very publicly, in what I assume was a display of shaming to encourage other customers to fall into line.

wifi was awful and mostly non existent. booked three rooms, two with double beds but only got one with two beds and with king and a jacuzzi. did not want jacuzzi.

There is no gift store. The breakfast was all cold items Except for the do it yourself waffle grill.

This is the third time staying at this hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room we stayed in is spacious and comfortable. Anytime we are in this area this is where we will stay unless they cannot accommodate us.

Stay was great outside of upper management and staff having arguments/disagreements right near the lobby.

Bugs in the room, dirty clothes from previous tenant in the room severely needs upgrades

I recommend it, a quiet place with ample parking.

Air conditioning was the only thing nice about this property. Hallways were musty. Room smelled like smoke. There was some sort of bug crawling in the bathroom. Im afraid that were going to be infested with bugs after this stay. We didn’t even sleep under the covers.
