2. The next room has a strong odor from a cleaning product. 3. Television reception is horrible! no high definition , no streaming Capabilities and they’re only 113 stations Took 13 seconds every time you change the channel for a picture up here Needless to say, we’ll never stay at that Hampton Inn again in North Wales very very disappointed

The property was all 5 stars. Except if I had to change 1 thing it would be the air conditioner was very loud and the humming noise was constant.

The hotel itself has a fabulous breakfast with a hot egg omelet or scrambled, different hot potato choices, cereals, waffles with choices in waffle mix that you can make yourself, yogurts, pastries, breads, hard boiled eggs, juices, milk, water, and coffees. Apples available all day. Clean, nicely decorated eating area. Rooms are cleaned well. There was an indoor hot tub and pool, really nice exercise equipment including tread mill, elliptical, bicycle, free weights, the cow bell weights, and pulleys. Great value for the price and I expect to stay here again when I return to the area.

The room did not have a remote control for the TV and you could not call from the phone to the front desk It was and Neil sticking out of the carpet that my wife stepped right in it. We put a table on top of it and told the staff when we checked out. Breakfast is the cheapest plastic silverware with paper plate Absolutely terrible

We loved the location of the hotel. Our room was clean and their breakfast was delicious. We never had an issue parking and our car was always close to the lobby.

Cons - The fitness room was under construction. This wasn’t an issue for us, but would have been an issue if the pool was under construction. I have learned to call the hotel before booking to make sure the amenities I want are in working order. I had reserved a crib/pack-n-play for our room, but they didn’t have any.
