Nice place. Clean, comfortable, and quiet as it's NOT next to a freeway. Nice bonus is the Costco and Texas Roadhouse next door. Breakfast is a bit lame. But those tend to be geared for the one-nighter's, not someone staying a week. Something nice that I haven't seen before is they make up a half dozen or so grab-n-go bags for those that don't want or have time to sit down and eat.

Nothing!!! 15 emails to customer service. Highlights: Bad signage to entrance. No hotel clerk at the desk, inside an office. Staff threatened me when I banged on the closed office door to get their attention. Worst was leaving. 4stop signs in a parking lot with open sight lines. Leaving, nonstop sign and a high hedge blocking the sight line so you need to almost be in the of oncoming cars to exit. They care about safety when in their property and could care less if you get killed leaving!!!THE WORST HOTEL IN MY 64 YEARS INCLUDING TGE FKEA BAG HITEL IN MEXICO I PAID $5 for!

Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, pool is a nice feature and breakfast options are varied. The staff was friendly and responsive. I like how the toiletries have been changed to safer and less toxic type and now come in full bottle sizes mounted on the wall so that there’s less waste. There was no safe box for valuables in the room, the ac unit was very loud and there was a dripping sound coming from the fridge. We didn’t see any water around it so only assuming it was in the rear of it. The tub did not drain properly and water stayed long after I was done showering. Our room was located immediately near the elevators and the ice machine located there was constantly running and could be heard all night. Also I think the hot tub in the pool area should be better monitored, it seemed entirely too hot.

Negative: Hampton Inn and Suites, Montgomeryville, PA Check- In August 26th through August 30th. Room: 326 A large group on young hockey players checked into the hotel on August 27th. It didn't take long for the kids to use the hotel as their personal play ground. Running screaming up and down the hall ways, slamming hockey sticks against the doors, and banging on the walls. This went on till 11 PM at night. I was in the area for a conference and a reunion. I complained to the staff at the front desk and the young lady stated she received over 100 complaints. I spoke to the manager after I checked out and she stated that she knew nothing about the group or the complaints. If her staff new what was going on, than why wouldn't the manager. I asked to speak to the General Manager, but they would not take my call. I contact the Hilton corporate office to complain about my stay, but they kept conecting me to their customer service department. I was literally givin the run around every way possible with no compensation for all of the noise I had to endure. I will never set foot in another Hilton property again if this is the way I'm going to be treated after spending a ton of money.
