Wonderful!

My mother in love really enjoyed her stay. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The property was well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Overall 8.5 out of 10

Tv in bedroom didnt work, staff only said they could change me to a downgraded room or just tell management in the morning

Place was better than expected room was clean bed was comfy and best of all the AC was blowing super cold!!

Th AC was ok the room key didn’t work we had to wait for a Tec guy to come out that took 4 hours the breakfast was ok the room was clean bed was comfortable I had to ask for towels to it’ was only two towels for 4 people. The front desk was empty when I arrived it was a lot ne waiting for servic.

Pool was relaxing perfect temp and the jacuzzi was small but relaxing

Location

My family and I, including my fiancé and our 2-year-old child, stayed at the Best Western and had a very disappointing experience. Throughout the evening there were multiple people knocking on our door, constant thumping noises, and excessive loud activity coming from nearby rooms. The situation escalated into a fight in the room next to us, during which a window was broken. The disturbance was severe enough that we did not feel comfortable or safe staying overnight, especially with our young child present. As a result, we were forced to check out only a few hours after arriving instead of completing our stay. We chose this hotel expecting a safe and restful environment for our family, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
