Great place

Exceptional

bed was tooo soft. pillows too hard. dressing chair too hard and uncomfortable. beds are too high. steel bed frame made noise. breakfast had no orange juice as dispenser was out of order.

There were bugs in the first room my room got moved and it was upgraded and I saw a bug on the last day. This place is going down didn’t like the smell. A lot of homeless people just wasn’t a good experience this time. So I won’t be going back.

No frills but clean and upgraded rooms. The size of room was large and open. I was disappointed that breakfast was closed at 9am pretty early and not the norm for most hotel brands. Overall for my one night stay to Kay my head it worked!

It was a pleasant experience...

I wouldn't call this hotel the "best" western. Staff, aside from the morning breakfast lady were slow and unfriendly and some of the guests were sketchy. The courtyard with swimming pool and spa were the highlight.

The room was clean but the bathroom setup was different.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Magdalena she was amazing! Super nice friendly and very cordial. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Our stay was very pleasant.

Everything was great. I will only recommend update better beds

There were cockroaches, and two other insects in the room. The hotel smelled of weed all the time.

There was bugs in both my rooms, too many homeless people, me and my children were harassed by a man on drugs and we have to leave the pool because he was scaring my kids

The location and lots of free parking space - There are two TVs in the unit, but unfortunately, neither was working properly. One had no sound, while the other kept flickering. - The main light switch in the room was not working. - There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. - We noticed mold along the side of the bathtub, which may need attention. - Some of the paint around the unit is starting to peel. - The linens and towels appear quite worn and have started to look gray, so replacing them may help improve the overall appearance and cleanliness of the unit. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but addressing these items would significantly improve the comfort and overall experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to look into these concerns.

There staff is pretty fantastic 👌 as well! My biggest regret is that the staff that was there and helped me I don't remember their names. They do deserve to be recognized! I want them to know that I appreciate them for making my stay enjoyable.
