Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites

Rooms are nice and clean staff helps you out when needed! Breakfast is really good gets you trough the morning

My family and I, including my fiancé and our 2-year-old child, stayed at the Best Western and had a very disappointing experience. Throughout the evening there were multiple people knocking on our door, constant thumping noises, and excessive loud activity coming from nearby rooms. The situation escalated into a fight in the room next to us, during which a window was broken. The disturbance was severe enough that we did not feel comfortable or safe staying overnight, especially with our young child present. As a result, we were forced to check out only a few hours after arriving instead of completing our stay. We chose this hotel expecting a safe and restful environment for our family, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

No complaints. Room clean bathroom clean

Room was clean but only 1 towl and we had 3 people 2 adults and a child. Staff was very nice

the room was nice the breakfast was great. I wanted to use jacuzzi but smelled terribly like human urine. And a homeless person sleeping in the elevator. But I would stay again.

The only complaint I had is there was no one in the office when I was trying to check in and there was no one in the office when I was trying to check out apparently if they are on lunch no one is there to cover they just make us wait which I didn’t appreciate

Staff nice Dirty

This hotel is very clean and the bed is so comfortable There was a homeless guy keep stay at the elevator and some people smoking weed and drinking at the parking lot

The air conditioning works great and was quiet. Made my sleep very comfortable

It was the worst stay, the card to open the room never worked, the manager never arrived, the dining room was dirty and smelled, there was not much selection of food, and I forgot to mention that the door locks were forced and only one worked, I didn't sleep thinking that we were not safe inside.

There was mold in the bathroom. The sheets had stains. There was a fight outside and loud music all night long. Unsafe place

I will never stay here or refer anyone else to stay here. I usually don't give bad reviews but this place had me worried. As soon as I checked in there was this man outside my door yelling and fighting with a woman (cursing at her that he was going to kick her ass) at that point I felt unsafe got my stuff and headed to front desk and advised them of the reason for not staying there. The person in the front did not seem concern about the situation and just asked for the key back. I have never had such a bad experience before.
