    Horrible hotel never stay here ! When we arrived the restroom still had pubic hair and the bed sheets had pubic hair as well! The bed was horrible you can feel the springs through the bed. The floor was sticky !! The pillows were so thin, my husband and I had to buy sheets and pillows!! They only give you two towels and if you want more you have to switch them out, take them in the morning and they’ll wash them, then give them to you in the afternoon and when we went to pick them up they had no record that we dropped them off so we had to buy towels as well! Barely any water comes out the shower head ! And the staff are no help ! They just tell you that’s all they can do ! When checking out you have until 11am and at 10 am the cleaning ladies were asking if we were done yet, then at 10:30 they came again and asked again if we were done yet! Horrible experience we wasted so much more after already wasting on a “suite”. Unfortunately for us it was 4th of July weekend and everywhere was sold out.

    The front desk worker Jade was extremely rude when we were requesting new towels since the ones they gave us were dirty. After I told her there is no need for the attitude and requested to speak to management she lied to her manager Luis Munoz saying I cussed at her so he banned us from the property without even speaking to us. Today as I was checking out I found a big roach in my bed. The room gives very small pillows and only 2 towels per room when I reserved the room for 4 people. They are not family welcoming as the facility allows smoking 25ft from property but people are smoking in rooms. The hallways smell like wet dog and people smoking. Front desk towed a customer car there after they failed to give her a parking pass. I would extremely suggest never booking here even if last resort they do not have any customer service skills, dirty hotel, roach infested and extremely small parking lot. Compared to other extended stays the rooms are smaller and cost more.

    Okay, overall the property on the outside was clean, the room I was assigned; not so much. I was having an a.c issue at my home, making it unsafe to stay there. I began to look for a local hotel for the night. When I arrived, no one was in the office. I called the phone in the lobby for assistance. The lady was clearly annoyed she had to assist me. When I was checked in I went to my room. Overall clean, however the overwhelming smell of SMOKE/Cigarette/Canabis welcomed me. There were no hangers, no amenities. I went to bed and immediately began itching. Clearly, the sheets were NOT clean. I wanted to ask for another room, it was midnight. Worst mistake ever! I barely slept. I had to turn on the a.c to 60 degrees to “freeze” the bugs out. Worst experience at a hotel, you can tell people lived there with their animals and smoked. NEVER AGAIN!

    As a paying guest, I expected better communication and customer service. The lack of urgency and concern for a basic room amenity made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes steps to improve staff responsiveness and guest support so future guests do not have the same experience

    The bed was creeky and very lumpy. Felt like the bed had bog holes or pockets of worn out parts.. the shower had absolutely no water pressure, there was no shampoo/conditioner.

    This place was horrible. My check in was at 3 I arrived at 5pm and my room was not ready. Lady at the desk was extremely rude at first she offered me another room no extra charge then she changed her mind said I would have to pay the difference. I waited 30 min for my room when I arrived to my room it was dirty the room smelt like dog pee. I couldn’t get w refund because I didn’t pay the extra fee. I literally went to my car got Lysol and a rag luckily I had and wiped the floor this was the most horrible place I stayed at with hotel app I can’t believe they even offer this place on their app will never return here again. I do janitorial so lucky I had urinal screens I put it on the ac because the room smelt bad.

    Didn't like the idea of no night staff at the front desk and had to wait a while for someone to check us in. Otherwise, everything else is great.

    Also the shower ceiling has black mold and it was obvious someone had attempted to paint over it All things considered the only compensation offered by hotel management was a complimentary late checkout of 90 minutes! We will NEVER be going back and advise anyone to think twice before booking

    We checked in around 1:00 AM after a 5 hour drive and didn't discover the problems until the next morning. Our room was missing basic necessities, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. The pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable, and the mattress felt paper-thin. The have crackheads living in their vehicles, creating an unsettling atmosphere. The breaking point came when we discovered both of our towels were dirty. My wife called the front desk for over 15 minutes with no answer. I went to the office and found no employees present. I knocked repeatedly on the reception window and received no response. Even Expedia was unable to reach anyone at the hotel. Because we couldn't get clean towels, we were unable to properly shower before leaving. After inspecting the bed more closely, I found dried blood stains, hair, and numerous other stains on the sheets. The bedding appeared unsanitary and poorly maintained. This was supposed to be a 3 night stay, but we checked out after only 7 hours because the conditions were unacceptable. Despite all of these issues, Expedia offered OneKeyCash instead of a refund. Do not stay at this hotel due to the hidden fees, lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, absent staff, and overall poor condition of the property!

    You walk in to another set of double doors that were locked. You had to use a phone that is in the entrance to call the front desk which we used to say we are there to check in. Phone was hard to hear them clearly so they did not open the doors for us we were turned away. We had a softball tournament so pretty much every where else was sold out We just drive back home. It was an ugly area anyway

    I had a reservation booked and prepaid for about two weeks in advance, when I got to the hotel, I was told that my reservation was canceled due to being sold out, not only did she expressed I would be getting a refund but no accommodations were offered or discount for future stay. This property is managed independently but poor representation of choice hotels. They sold out the rooms and not only was I affected but 13 other guest who had reservations for that day as well according to the front staff. Again lack of support and lack of management. I will be calling Monday to get a full refund and I will never booked again with this property. By the way the front staff was very stressed out about the situation but her hands were tied as there was nothing she can do.

    Most of the staff is super friendly and understanding some use they power and not in a helpful way. I understand how policy work I was charged a $50 plus tax late fee for paying my room 30min late due to not having my debit card at the moment. When people smoke in the room all day everyday with no consequences if you gone enforce policy enforce it all the way not half way. Dog poop everywhere nobody really pick up after there’re dog!!!
