Smelly rooms Itching all over my body

not happy, less soap to wash, less towel .no water,no breakfast.

Horrible staff. Staff member walked in our room at 2 am and started an argument with us. Took forever to receive a refund The staff

When we got there the room was very hot so I decided to turn on the AC, that thing made such a loud noise that my husband couldn’t even sleep at night, it was either deal with heat or that terrible noise , when I tried to call the office the phone was missing the cable. No towels or soap in the room, the microwave was very dirty. Never will I stay here again!!!!!!

Ships nearby made it convenient since I was solo

room clean and bed was ok. no ice machine, no coffee in the room or in the lobby, pool was empty, no place to sit outside, no table lamps in the room [I wake up hours before my spouse and couldnt turn on a small light to read until he woke up]. Basically no ammenities other than a bed.
