it is an old hotel, pool was dirty, small parking lot, used condom left in parking lot at the bottom of the stairs, I was charged a deposit to the room. I was told it would be credited back to my card it wasn't. I called the manager she said by the latest it would be credited by Friday and wasn't. called my card and I'm deputing the charge. the bed was comfortable the room was clean, no coffee pot, no breakfast in lobby. 1 out of 10 I give this place a 1

Window covering broken, loud messy construction, room floors and counters dirty

We got two non smoking rooms with two queen beds each, and there was a bad smell in both of them. They gave us our towels at the lobby, they were not ready for us in the rooms. The only toiletries available were 2 tiny shampoo bottles that did not lather up. The sign near the pool says pool and spa but the pool is not heated. Deposit amount is not stated on Expedia before arriving, will update if I get it back.

Everything was Good no complaints

Pictures on website are not close to how the rooms actually are, so many warnings on walls about property that makes your staying so unpleasant. No soap or shampoo in room we ending up not taking showers. After checking in I checked on reviews some of guests mentioned they do everything possible to keep your deposit. Sure enough it has been more than a week and I haven’t received my deposit. Not recommend it.

The property was clean. The room was spacious with a king size bed. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. Two small things that we liked that were unusual were the fact that there was a doorstop for the door so that you didn’t have to reopen your door every time you walked out. You could simply put the doorstop under the door and it would hold it open for you while you brought in your luggage. Another small thing is that there was an alarm on the door, just loud enough to let you know that the door was ajar if you went into the room and didn’t close it all the way. We have never seen that feature in any motel that we’ve ever stayed in. The accommodations were fine, but please read my comments about what I didn’t like. We checked in at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, then left to go into the city. We didn’t get back to the room until 1 o’clock in the morning, at which time we realized that the toilet did not flush properly. I spent almost 45 minutes, trying to get a piece of toilet paper to flush down by repeatedly letting the tank fill and flushing again. I did not contact the property at that time, as my husband was already asleep. In the morning, I contacted the front desk to let them know about the problem. I must say that Mary, the office manager, was very nice and listened to me describe the situation in detail. She spent a long time on the phone with me talking about possible solutions, however, she did indicate that I should have called her, even though it was early morning. She said that they would’ve moved us to another room where we could sleep and use the toilet facility, without even having to move our things to the new room. Because I did not call them immediately, she was not able to offer a solution at the time. She was right in that respect, but was very willing to listen to me and offered me a partial refund.. Lesson learned…check the toilet before anything else! I think that it should be standard practice in any motel to check things like that before renting the room. The cleaning staff just needs to make checking toilet function a part of the routine. But, again, Mary was patient, u derstanding, and excellent at customer relations

The rooms where clean staff was accommodating . Parking in front of your room if down stairs .

It was super Duper clean. It was awesome parking. I have honestly no complaints.

I like that they have smoking rooms. And I like how cheap they were I didn't like that you can't smoke outside in the designated smoking area. I also didn't like they didn't have a microwave

Close to food freeways nice staff No towels /washcloths in the room only gave us ONE for three people at the desk on check in , it was late so we just made do . Hairdryer didn’t work . Verrrry noisy facing the street

Measure. A small deposit true but that you won’t get back no matter what and you need new towels they keep the deposit and ask for another , they give you actual rags to clean floors spills snd anything black if you use a bath towel to clean a soil or any marks on it’s at all they keep your deposits one towel per room one bath mat no wash clothes or hand towels rags are to be asked for there’s even sign I each took stating all this.k
