Excellent service

You walk through their main entrance, you small weed. Then the staff worker, said, they required $100 deposit until you checked out. The room smell like URINE. SO my grandkids, checked me out the same night. My husband didn't come, He would have been arrested. So, never ever..Still waiting for my deposit!!

We booked for breakfast and safe environment but when checked in night staff told me no breakfast available even fresh tea or coffee not even in the room coffee maker.no microwave was in the room.drugs were being used in front of everybody even thier kids.in three days we were out all day came in late night to avoid everything i mentioned above.please don’t advertise things you are not providing in the room and on property.only maid service was excellent

We were able to check in early and the room was just so clean and spacious. Had an absolutely beautiful ocean view. Staff were so helpful and kind! You can use the shuttle to go go to a sister hotel (only downside is they don’t run late and the sister hotel has a club so you can use an uber or taxi but have to meet them at the security post for security purposes of course but staff offered a ride to take you to the security post). Would stay here again 100% and highly recommend! Also real close to downtown, you can walk through the beach side!

You will your stay at Xolas is so comfortable and you will enjjoy the quietness! And Safety for Cars are find!

Found a crack pipe in my restroom . Horrible . Staff didn't seem to care .

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Area is nice and safe. The room had some significant damage already. Some carpet pulling up, decent size cracks and slits in paint on the walls. However nothing that really affected our stay.

Rundown.

The night staff is horrible they don’t want to help in anything. The bathroom door could not close properly, the door screws came off and the door ended up falling and the night staff did want to help, refused to remove the broken door, the door was about to hit my son right on his head.

When we got there our room smelled terrible, like mold or mildew. We had to get our room changed because we couldn't sleep with the pungent odor. Once we changed rooms to what I assume is an upgraded one, it was much nicer. Do not get the cheapest rooms here, especially if youre too shy to speak up about it.
