Euro Suites Hotel

First, Joyce at the Front Desk was so helpful, kind, and patient. I had used Booking.com - and booked the wrong dates. And Booking.com did not have a way to change without a huge charge. I call the hotel direct, spoke with Joyce, she had me to come by - as I need the rm that night, not a week out. She assured me it would get resolved and no $100 rebooking fee. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and the entire hotel was exceptional. I had stayed just down the road - in eyesight at another hotel, that was awful - literally awful. Euro-Suites was just incredible, I wish I had stayed here all along at Euro-Suites. Spacious. Well appointed. Comfortable. Clean. Awesome people. That I could not change the reservation myself. But thankful - it seems to have been resolved.

I love the people and staff at the hotel. I drive 6 hours to visit my daughter and whatever time of night I pull in they are welcoming and helpful. Easy to book. Convenient to the college.

Easy to get to, rooms were clean and spacious, staff is great, and always accommodating to requests NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

Hotel rooms are a little dated and bathrooms aren’t great, but the layout of the rooms (separate living area and bedrooms) along with the amazing staff make this my go to in Morgantown.

The proximity of the location to WVU football stadium is good. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Once we checked into our room, we discovered that the heat was not working properly and was blowing cold air. The room temperature was only 63 degrees, making it very uncomfortable. The condition of the bedding was also concerning. When we pulled back the comforter and top sheet, there were blades of grass on the sheet. The sheet itself was extremely pilled and did not feel clean or comfortable. Overall, both the room and bathroom are in need of updating and better maintenance. Given the issues with the heating, cleanliness, and condition of the bedding, we expected a much better experience

Very good

Staff is excellent, helpful and very friendly

Evening staff very friendly and great location. Lots of parking Pillows lumpy breakfast not great

The hotel is renovating and we really liked the renovated room they put us in. The staff was friendly and the online check in process was a breeze. Safe and great location for where we needed to be The breakfast gravy was gross. I usually love biscuits and gravy but it was bad. Also our first room the AC didn't work. They remedied this immediately by switching our rooms.
