Nice place. Relaxing and convenient.

Overall not a terrible place for a few nights but involved some mishaps.

The room was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Perfect location with lots of food choices within walking distance. This hotel will be our go to hotel in Morgantown!

The Property was clean and the location was perfect. I was surprised when I found out the hotel didn’t have continental breakfast.

A nice hotel in a great location! The beds are comfy, and rooms spacious I think the lighting in the rooms is a bit lacking. The bedside light was the main light source for the room (besides the bathroom vanity area) and it was more of a harsh blue light, not soft lighting like you’d usually expect

Rooms are clean, and spacious. Location is excellent. They did serve breakfast but did not utilize. It is not a large bar or restaurant. Staff was friendly and receptive.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s situated in Suncrest Town Center and within walking distance of several restaurants/cafes, entertainment, beauty shops, gas stations and medical centers. It’s also about 10 minutes away from a larger shopping center with Sam’s Club, Menard’s, Target, and more. The hotel itself is nice on the outside and it is pet friendly. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The beds were thankfully so comfortable and the rooms were a decent size and well-maintained. The restaurant and bar downstairs was nice. We also used the pool and hot tub and those were really nice too. The parking lot is oddly shaped and the few convenient spots were reserved for Hilton members only. We could only snag a spot in the back of the building where there are no doors, so it was a slightly longer walk to the doors.

When I booked my room, it said with breakfast. However, upon arrival I was informed I wasn't entitled to the breakfast. My daughter and son in law booked a room for the same night and experienced the same issue. Very disappointed!

Location is great and the employees are always helpful and kind. The shower gel, hand soap and lotion are the best smelling stuff I’ve ever used in a hotel! The beds and pillows weren’t that comfortable- just average. The bedspread could use an update as it had pulls in it. Our toilet wouldn’t refill all of the time so we ended up leaving the back of the tank off and we would tap it when it got stuck. To be fair, they offered to come and check it out but we only had another day and we all had to get ready for graduation. They were very nice about it

The pool, hot tub. They do not hsveva restaurant on Sundays!!! After driving 3 hours and looking forward to having dinner the hotel to be told AFTER checking that they close in Sundays was absurd!!! Even checking in, I asked what time the restaurant closed she said 9 pm. Wasn't even open!!!! Did the general manager call me back, no he did not. Also, tried to book a extra night, was told 500.00 !!! For a weeknight! WVU had a graduation the weekend, then when it was to late to book, I was quoted 129.00 ! We were there for medical tests at the hospital.

The bedding was outstanding and very comfortable. Would really like to know where the bedding came from. Having to pay for breakfast after paying $887.00 for 2 nights, very expensive. Think the price may have been inflated due to the WV U graduation.
