This hotel is great. The rates are reasonable and the location is perfect. Many restaurants to walk to.

It was a beautiful hotel. We sat outside in patio area. It was easy to walk to restaurants and store and close to the hospital. We liked eveything.

Pet friendly rooms that are well kept to the point that when you first enter you can smell the cleanliness. Nice amenities such as full size in shower toiletries and separate full size hand soap and lotion by sink. Blackout curtains kept room dark despite the bright morning sun.

The Staff, location The room was not clean when we arrived, let front desk know, entry floor has small particles that caught our bare feet, two days in a row after requesting room to be cleaned up. dirty glasses from bar where not taken care of, left on counter, very disappointing.

The property was very inviting and there were tons of amenities like an on site restaurant and indoor pool/ hot tub. There is an option to have food delivered up to your room and they offer a breakfast buffet. The staff was very informative and friendly. It was located close to the stadium and a town center. There was also handicap access to the pool and hot tub, which I thought was very inclusive. The toiletries provided were very nice. I did not have any dislikes, honestly.

Hotel was clean !

My entry floor and bathroom floor was filthy dirty. I have pictures of cleaning the floor myself. I booked the last room available which was handicapped assessable on the first floor which I didn’t need. It was near an exit door, the laundry room, gym and all you heard was noise until 12:30 am. Having driven from SC, I was tired and wanted to rest and not listen to the noise and music coming from the gym.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within an easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. WVU is about 10 to 15 minutes away depending upon traffic and your destination.
