Staff is always helpful and the rooms are clean. Price is always great too for what you get. Definitely recommend!

Check in was fine, it was the room its self. There were no items for the pull out bed (empty bag was in the closet had to ask the front desk for items), found a bug in the room, some of the dishes were dirty. Breakfast was good the staff made sure items were stocked. Didn’t know about the parking and there being a cost to park, for the amount you pay for staying the night you shouldn’t be charged for parking. Originally charged $10 for parking than was updates to $7.42. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and didn’t have the issue like I had this time around. I will NOT be staying again when I come in town.

But the staff is where this place shines. Luke was professional, friendly and informative. Leesy (sp?, glasses and good style) was also extremely helpful. Like I said, nice hotel. It's a little overpriced but what can you do? Pro tip: if youre having issues with the internet, toggle "assign random hardware addresses" on and off. You're welcome.

We were only there for a short overnight… But we would definitely return there… It is a pet friendly hotel, which was our primary goal. The only issue was was a little weird where you could take your dog outside, but I have a small dog so it didn’t really matter. It was fine I would highly recommend this place.

Room size nice with full kitchen. Bed in our unit had cozy sheets but bed sunk in middle. Could use a new mattress. We were in unit 210. Easy to find, right across from hospital, great for anyone needing to stay close.

Great food!

Everything was as to be expected. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only complaint is we had a pull out couch for our son and there were no linens in the room. Called 2 times to FO and was told they would bring them right up. Well 25 minutes between each call and nothing. Eventually I had to go down and get them. Not a big deal but no need to BS me, just ask me to come get them.

We didn’t have enough towels or linens in our room so we needed to call to receive them. They were helpful and fast to get us what we needed. Nice pet friendly venue. Didn’t clarify the $7 per night parking fee when we checked in which was surprising to see for a hotel in Morgantown. Good room size, and kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked.

The breakfast was very good.

No bath gel in the container

The combination of the low bed frame and the severely worn mattress made it extremely difficult and unsafe for my mother to get in and out of bed. To make the bed usable, I had to remove the mattress from the pull-out sofa and place it on top of the existing mattress to increase the height and provide enough support for her to safely sit up and stand. This should not have been necessary, especially in a room intended to accommodate guests with accessibility needs.

Staff was very nice. Good location. Room was overall mostly clean, but there was a red stain on carpet by the bathroom sink that I probably would have cleaned for future guests. Bathroom smelled of urine, not sure if shower curtain needs to be washed/replaced but that was a bit off-putting as well. This is for room 408 by the way.

We stayed as we were driving through on a long roadtrip. It was perfect for us with our small kids. They even provided a rollaway bed for our youngest. The staff were friendly, property felt safe, and breakfast was nice. The options provided for breakfast were perfect for grabbing and taking on the go so we could get back on the road (breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, etc.). Would stay again!

Kitchenette First room had a broken/noisy fridge Second room had a loose faucet handle All pillows were smelly The second unit dishwasher had previous guest dirty plates in it Room faced hospital with heliport on its roof and helicopters were arriving during the night, very noisy. Had to ask several times for stuff, and it took for the third time to get it two days later. The faucet was never fixed Breakfast was good!

The hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the rooms are spacious. Everything meets a high standard. Nothing

Very nice place to stay. Staff very helpful. Clean rooms. Only thing I don’t like is they charge you to park your car there.

It is disappointing that the hotel management did not offer us any compensation for the broken refrigerator or an alternative. With a residence type hotel like this having a functioning refrigerator is expected.
