Holiday Inn Morgantown - University Area by IHG

There was a water issue that didn’t affect our stay but there was equipment around the entrance and in the parking lot. Kids running in the halls after 10pm and the dumpster pickup at 4am outside the window. These were mostly outside of the hotel’s control but were less than ideal.

Highly recommend, very nice hotel, great location

Our room was very spacious and comfy. The room and property were very clean. We did not use any of the amenities on the property since we were gone the majority of our stay. The only problem we had was with the water taking forever to get hot in the shower. This may have been due to a problem they had befire we checked in, but it wasn't that big of a deal so we didn't ask.

Everything was fabulous and the room was huge. We stayed there because I was having eye surgery the following morning at 6:40 am and neither my husband nor I can see to drive at night. Would 100% recommend

Very nice staff. Bed was very comfortable. I was asked what floor I preferred when I checked in, that was so nice to be given a choice as a solo traveler.

This was a decent hotel. Clean and close to where we wanted to be be. The elevator was not working on our second day but by the time we returned from our day it was up and running again. Staff was friendly, room was sizeable and beds were comfortable. I wish breakfast was included but overall not a bad stay.

The AC in the lobby didn't work and the carpets need to be cleaned. I thought it would be nicer than a holiday inn express, but it wasn't and they doing have a free breakfast. I think we generally like the Express version better

Very friendly staff and a clean room

The staff incredibly friendly. Saw one the maids go out of her way to help a senior citizen. The restaurants also very friendly but seemed to be understaffed for breakfast. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Repeated stay at a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the restaurant was very nice for breakfast. I am not a fan of coffee in the rooms. It's very nice that they have assorted teas and coffees in the lobby 24/7. I also appreciate the comfort of the beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room very nice and clean. Parking very convenient. Location was good. Staff were courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast on the weekend was just average, and it was ridiculous to have to pay extra for beverages when there was free coffee in the lobby. We were seated so far from the buffet that our food was cold by the time we reached the table. Ordering off the menu was much better. I was also charged for a small purchase that I did not make.

Comfortable beds, clean room, giant bathrooms and room. Staff were incredible. We really enjoyed our stay.
