The hotel was close to the stadium and have everything you need. The gym could have been better though with their limited equipment.

Great proximity to the University

Location is convenient to the interstate and within easy walking distance of the stadium. We were there to see a football game. The breakfast was not great and we felt like the hotel misrepresented the cost. We had purchased breakfast with our room but were informed after we finished our meal each time that we had a balance as they charged us for drinks and the taxes above the buffet price. If we had know that was the case, we would have eaten elsewhere for a lower price and higher quality food than the buffet.
