The staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for our first to West Virginia. Home away from home.

Clean updated Parking was horrible walk way to much have to fill out QR codes to much hassle after long drive

the hanging lamp between the beds was very dusty there was dirty dishes in the hallway by the elevator and parking was a bit expense at 22 w/t also no grab bar on the shower and the hairdryer provided was extremly hard to get plugged in
