The staff was great so much so I tipped the cleaning crew $20 each and the price was fantastic That we couldn't take breakfast back to our room for my wife who is in a wheelchair but we went 2 other places and now we are staying there again and I explained about my wife and they allow us to bring it to her

Location is good would NEVER stay here again Very disappointing experience. My brother-in-law, who has Down syndrome, was travelling with us and has a service dog. Staff repeatedly demanded that we provide a service dog certificate and argued that we should have disclosed the dog in advance, even though we were never asked. They also tried to charge us a pet fee. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are not permitted to require documentation or certification proving that a service animal is a service animal. A service dog is also not a pet and should not be subject to a pet fee. It was upsetting and embarrassing to have to repeatedly defend my brother-in-law’s rights in front of him. Hotel staff should be properly trained on ADA service-animal requirements so other guests with disabilities are not treated this way.

i had ordered the room online before. Once my friends and I got there to check in we rang the front bell and the guy said he wasn’t giving us the room because we were “too loud ringing the bell” so we were already out of state with no where to stay

Was clean The breakfast was just waffles, honey buns some fruit. There was not any protein and no butter for the waffles.

It was close to the Dr's office. Kind of. The lady who checked me in had a nice smile. Gave me back my deposit like promised Not enough towels an mold on the shower curtain in several places.(pictures of mold on curtain) The towels were dirty (pictures) got locked out of room key card wouldn't work. Breakfast there was waffles we made but couldn't make them properly with no way to keep it from sticking to the irons. Nasty coffee no hot water for hot tea or no hot choclate so Breakfast was a big let down. You get what you pay for. They wouldn't speak English to us even though they understood it. You get what you pay for so I got what I paid for. Room was not wheel chair able it went in door but no further in the room. So not handicapped able

Hallway carpet needs replaced. VERY DIRTY CARPET. At minimum, needs shampooed. I don't know if that would help much. It was pretty filthy.

It was inexpensive and they had rooms avaiable The reason they had rooms available was because the bathrooms are dirty and the TV didn't work. I complained the next morning and they didn't bother to clean during the day, I returned to the same dirty bathroom and broken TV.

Having to pay a $50 deposit was a surprise, left room as clean as was when I got there ,then waiting 5 days before I get deposit back is too long should be next day
