It was clean, smelled good, the staff was so kind, soaps provided smelled amazing, and water pressure wasn’t to bad. Ice machine was in a weird spot and the breakfast was just sugar.

Nothing but close to the university I gave the person a list of complaints at the desk

Outdated facilities, noisy, showers grungy

The staff was very pleasant. The facility provided the muffing, cereal, bagel breakfast. There was always coffee available. The pool was fairly vacant most of the time during our stay but sadly we didn't take advantage. The area was clean with a smoking area under roof with seating outside.

Breakfast and cleanliness of room. Its just an older motel that has been renovated and is in good shape but not the best.

The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked, water pressure was good The carpet in the hall was nasty. Had a hard time communicating with staff. Breakfast was all empty carbs. Neighborhood was a little sketchy, but no problems occurred. Need more overhead light in doorway. Curtains didn't close all the way.

The staff was very nice. It's not a 5 star hotel. The hallway rug was very worn. My room was very clean. Linen and towels were clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room also TV and eating table and chairs. Has an AC unit. Breakfast was limited. Cereal, pastries, waffle, juice and coffee. You can't take food out of area or you will be charged. Must eat in dining area. Fast food restaurants in walking distance of hotel. You can cancel but you are charged a one night fee as a penalty.

The staff was great so much so I tipped the cleaning crew $20 each and the price was fantastic That we couldn't take breakfast back to our room for my wife who is in a wheelchair but we went 2 other places and now we are staying there again and I explained about my wife and they allow us to bring it to her

Location is good would NEVER stay here again Very disappointing experience. My brother-in-law, who has Down syndrome, was travelling with us and has a service dog. Staff repeatedly demanded that we provide a service dog certificate and argued that we should have disclosed the dog in advance, even though we were never asked. They also tried to charge us a pet fee. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are not permitted to require documentation or certification proving that a service animal is a service animal. A service dog is also not a pet and should not be subject to a pet fee. It was upsetting and embarrassing to have to repeatedly defend my brother-in-law’s rights in front of him. Hotel staff should be properly trained on ADA service-animal requirements so other guests with disabilities are not treated this way.

Hallway carpets need cleaned or replaced

Front desk wanted to give me trouble when it came to returning my incidental deposit back. Front desk was not friendly about it at all still no answer
