No way to heat anything. If you need anything refrigerated like medicine no were to do that.

Plastic mattress cover was torn and coming off. No mattress pad was put on the bed. Front desk staff was helpful and brought one up quickly. TV remote didn't really work and no replacement batteries were available (though I think the remote itself was broken).

Everything was amazing. The room was perfect, it was clean, and the staff was friendly N/a

Location was the only thing that worked for us The breakfast is nothing really. Some bread products, i couldn't find the coffee and there was cereal. The ribs were dirty. Towels had stains. Bathroom floors had crud in the corners. The bathroom wasn't fully stocked. The shower control leaked and the drain was so slow you ended up standing in water. The previous occupant had blocked the eye hole with tp, which was still there when we checked in. The hallways smelled from trash because everyone tossed their trash in the hallway garbage. I assume they didn't have a trash can in their room either.

We couldn’t get the tv to work or the hair dryer. No mini fridge in the room either. It was basic but clean

The staff was very nice the room was very cozy and the view from the room was beautiful Just minor the microwave was broken but other than that everything was great

The property was close to WVU . Definitely needs an update in the bathroom . The TV remote didn’t work and we went down 3x for new batteries and a new remote . Still nothing !

Our room was on the first floor and could here the employees all night. My bed sheets were stained with something so just used the one blanket to cover the bed to sleep. For around 200 a night the breakfast did not compare to hotels in the similar price range.

Clean room. Breakfast was a nice treat-better than expected. Helpful staff.

Location was good. I booked 2 queen beds with 4 people. Gave me a 1 queen and had no more rooms and did not care. I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Awful experience and want a refund.

Very small room; definitely on the lower end of quality but was clean and the breakfast offered was good

We had a late check in. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient at getting us checked in. The room was clean. The parking lot is oddly shaped so if you are towing, you may need to use the previous parking lot and walk.

Had an issue with our first room smelling like cigarette smoke. Front desk made it right have us another room! He was extremely polite and handled it appropriately. Pillows were extremely worn. No fluff to them. And the shower has zero shampoo, and body wash. We were only given 1 wash cloth, had to go down to get 2 more.

The beds were comfortable, but one had a crunchy, plastic mattress cover. The pillows were, well, not pillows. Breakfast was continental at best. Sausage was cold at 6:30am. Didn't try the eggs because of the sausage. The biscuit was fine (jelly for me, no gravy). All in all, we got what we paid for. Cancelled our reservation for July and moved back to a tried and true property. The weekend we stayed the hotels were overpriced because of Bananna Ball and other activities, so this was the most reasonably priced hotel. It's a shame it wasn't better because the location was perfect...10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be.

Room featured Unclean floors,missing light bulbs and a TV + beds i can only describe as pre 1992.
