Great place to stay

Room was clean. If you plan on booking you might not want to be on the 3rd floor. Someone kept slamming their hotel door. I texted and told front desk about the problem. He barely watched the camera to see who was doing it. No offer to change rooms or give discount. Very disappointed in this hotel. Highly do not recomend.

A budget priced hotel in the flight path of the airplanes landing. Very loud airplanes. Rather run down overall. Rooms were basic and relatively clean. You get what you pay for

Nice place to stay!

The first room we checked into had not even been cleaned, and the bed was unmade. They did move us promptly, but the whole first floor smelled terribly of weed.

The sheets were clean, I think, but there were stains and small holes in them. Towels and bathroom were clean. I saw 8.2 rating on the website I used to make the reservation and was a bit disappointed. Location was convenient to airport and a gas station for filling the rental car.

dirty, decrepit, pathetic excuse of a hotel. You should run far away from this trash heap hotel that should be rated NEGATIVE 10 stars. It’s truly gross.

Location perfect for airport Breakfast was sparse

great that it was close to the airport and thankful that the front staff let me check in a little early sooooo loud. also the room next door kept going in and out of their room and letting the door slam ALL NIGHT LONG. it also smelled like weed really bad in the hallway outside my room..probably the people going in and out. The waffle machine wasn’t working properly and there was no regular cream cheese only strawberry flavored. Oh and there was a dead stink bug on the floor of my room

My room was poorly maintained. It was thankfully clean, but the toilet seat was missing a bolt and slid around uncomfortably when sitting (a constant nuisance for females); the toilet paper holder was missing the roller so the rolls were sitting on a shelf above and behind the toilet and difficult to reach the first time, after which I set it on the sink vanity. The armoire door kept swinging closed on me while I tried to put things into and take things out of the cabinet; I had to hunt down a remote for the TV from the front desk:and there was no Do Not Disturb sign to put on the door. Also even running the fan continuously, I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Hopefully the other rooms are better maintained. On the plus side, the staff members I interacted with were very friendly and kind.

Very easy check in and staff was nice

This place is very comfortable. The staff wa super helpful when I returned my rental and forgot the keys in my bag. This hotel assisted me to take the shuttles back to return the keys and be back at the hotel in less than an hour. Saved me $250 to replace the keys. We checked in late and the counter help was extremely helpful and polite. He actually was the one to help with the keys. Breakfast was decent. I got good coffee and a bagel with strawberry Cream Cheese. No complaints. The place and each room smell amazing. Not just the smell but you can see the staff sanitizes each room. Not just a quick clean. Thank you for your hospitality!

Close to the airport which was convenient. I reached out to the property to ask about the airport shuttle, never received a response. On here, the property previously responded to questions posted by other users saying shuttle was 24 hrs only to call them at 1:30 AM for a transfer and they then said it was only until midnight. When arriving to the hotel, staff informed there was a problem with payment from booking.com and that I had to call customer service to sort it. It was 2 AM at this point and I asked why I wasnt informed of this earlier so I could have sorted it before and the receptionist stated that I was on a flight so he couldn’t reach me. I informed him I had wifi on my flight, so I was reachable. He then claimed he isn’t allowed to directly speak to customer from booking.com. I informed him there is a messaging feature on booking.com that could have been utilized. He didn’t have a response to that.

Mi cuarto no estaba mal, el ac no estaba trabajando bien, el desayuno pudiera ser mejor bastante limitado pero esta bien.

Great property

Wasn't the best hotel we've stayed at. Only elevator on site worked but the elevator numbers didn't light up and the written sign inside the elevator said 'Buttons don't light up, but do work'. Our room had a 'used' towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and no remote for the TV (informed management and he quickly brought a new towel and a remote). Noticed a dead roach on the floor morning before we checked out. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again.

Very pleased with the hotel: clean room, quiet, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again
